I live about 68 miles away from this dealership about 3 and a half hours away including traffic for driving. I bought a Certified Used Vehicle with 29k miles on it per my salesman Guillermo and Fernando Sales manager that proper inspection was done on the vehicle, when I got home I encountered an error about the 12v battery needs to charge I called Galpin and Guillermo left voicemails which were never returned. I had the battery replaced myself and pay for a new one, as it was a long drive going back and forth to the dealership.Recently I had the car detailed and noticed that the right front tire had bulged on the sidewall. Called Galpin again and spoke to Guillermo who said was going to call back but never did. I called again and looked for Fernando sales manager who informed me that they do not warranty tires. We never drove the vehicle that far and only had driven a few miles since we got it. I feel that having these type of issues should not be present to Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles as we only owed it for only three weeks. It feels the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected before it was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Future buyers make sure to inspect or bring a mechanic if you are buying your next Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle from this dealership and do not rely on the documentation they had you sign and acknowledge that the vehicle was inspected.***Update: Guillermo did call back at 5:40 pm that was after the fact that Fernando has informed me about the no warranty on tires.***Update 11-03-23: Neda Vega, Director of Customer Relations has contacted us directly regarding the second issue of the defective tire sidewall bulge. Since we only owned the vehicle for three weeks she has requested upper management to warranty and approve the defective tire. We drove back to the dealership and had Danny Talamantes from Service write up paperwork and take care of the tire replacement with no charge. I have updated my review to three stars. I would have put in five stars if the two issues; the faulty battery as well as the defective tire was taken care of the first time without intervention from management. I wish to take this opportunity to thank Neda Vega who went out of her to take care of the defective tire and Danny Talamentes who was willing and eager to get the service done as quickly as possible.

Take time to select the car I needed. After test driving at many locations, Galpin Mazda was the best. The parts, service, and sales were very impressive.

I was taking my moms car to this dealership for oil changes and whatnot for a warranty we paid for BUT EVERYTIME I went for our free oil change and tune up they got at least $400.00 off me walking out the door. Why? Because I was a single woman traveling by myself who didn't know any better to ask an outside man if this is the correct price for all these "fluid changes". Once my dad moved back in I went back for our annual oil change and they wanted to change every single liquid you can think of under my hood. They wanted $600. I said no thank you and they where very persistent on selling me on "my safety". I still declined. Went home and told my dad what happened. He opened my hood, checked every damn vessel you can think of. My dad (who has rebuilt his own classic cars) said everything was perfect. I didn't drive hardly anywhere so for me it made sense. There was no need to change everything!! There's no reason to replace anything other than the oil every 6 months. Yes they serve you. But no they're not honest. Have a guy with you or know your stuff if you don't want to be coned. Sorry Mazda but your employees are crooks!!!

Went in recently for a Mazda Connect software update for my 2019 CX-5. The update took a little over an hour and I received text message updates on the status with a link to review any additional services needed based on the free diagnostic. Service was excellent from everyone involved as they were welcoming and informative. Although I am not a believer in paying $100 for a proprietary software update that is delivered from a usb stick, the customer service was top notch.

Thank you, Rahm Zadeh, for a pleasant and easy experience.I came to Galpin Mazda after a really poor experience at a different Mazda dealer. Rahm welcomed me and took his time with me, listening to my needs. Most importantly, Rahm worked on my behalf to secure the deal I wanted. As a woman, going to a car dealership, especially by yourself, can be extremely unpleasant. But not here. I will happily come back for future purchases, and will continue to service my car here.Thanks again, Rahm. Your kindness went a long way.

This review is for both the dealership and service center.Dealership: I test drove cars in May of 2021 and loved how they had the cars I wanted ready, and weren't pushy in having conversations over pricing. I ended up leasing through a private broker, but really appreciate that they gave me space and didn't try to force a deal on me that day like you get at every other car dealership.Service Center: I have been leasing a Mazda since 2021, and absolutely love it. I have never experienced such incredible customer service as I have here! The whole process, starting from creating an appointment online is super simple and they send you several texts to remind you and offer you many chances to change, if needed. I was greeted by Mayra and her team last weekend, and they were so friendly, and gave me a realistic overview of when it would be ready. I was silly in thinking it would be shorter than it was, so they even offered to pay for my Lyft to an appointment I had planned (there and back) . When the car was ready, I got a text letting me know it was ready, including a video of the inspection, which I loved getting. They also accepted oil change coupons that had been emailed to me, which was great. I truly wish all service departments could be this wonderful, kind, and efficient. The cookies in the waiting room were also great :)

I have been a loyal Mazda driver with my fourth Mazda in 9 years. I purchased 3 of the 4 (with the latest one today) and was fortunate to have had Rocio for the same 3! I moved to Nevada and I took it upon myself to drive to Galpin and meet Rocio. As always, Rocio helped me make a decision between going back to an SUV or go back to a sedan. I can't say this enough but Rocio was extremely professional, Knowledgeable and personable to work with. We managed to work through the decision of going forward with a highly sought after CX-50 and I couldn't be more happier. Moving forward I will make every effort to continue working with Galpin and hopefully Rocio for all my Mazda needs. Thanks again!

In April 2022, I purchased a brand-new and gorgeous 2022 CX-5 Turbo Signature. Rudy Catalan was an excellent sales associate and helped me through the process of getting into a new car. He made the decision-making process between the CX-5 and the CX-30 an easy thing. Mario Saber, the Finance Manager, was excellent as well, and he made the financing process, the optional extras, and the "hard part" of buying a car easy and pain-free. Post-buying process, the service department at Galpin Mazda is top-notch! The staff is extremely friendly, the service loaners (if needed) are excellent brand-new Mazda models, and the experience is great. I think Galpin Mazda has treated me better and to a higher quality service standard than the prior Audi dealership, I went to during the 3 years I owned my Audi.I want to give a major shout-out to Chris Archer, the service manager at Galpin Mazda, who has gone above and beyond for me with my car. Having issues taken care of under warranty is very easy and painless, unlike my experience with other automotive brands/dealerships in the past. Chris has taken the time and effort to show that I am a valued customer at the dealership and has ensured that I will be put into a service loaner any time there is a service that requires my car to be out of my possession for a longer period of time. After my recent experience, Chris has solidified my relationship with Galpin Mazda and has kept me a loyal customer for many years to come. He gives 110% and genuinely cares about the customer, something that is often lacking in other dealerships - this is what makes people like him an absolute gem in the automotive service industry. My ownership experience so far for the last 6-months and 9,000-miles has been an absolute pleasure. Mazda manufactures an incredible vehicle and a great dealership experience with awesome employees like Chris (service and ownership experience are much more important as that is long-term) who make sure that things are properly addressed and taken care of on your car making the ownership experience something to enjoy rather than to be afraid of and run away.Thank you, Galpin Mazda, for being incredible. This is regarding Galpin service. Took my 2022 C5 car for an oil change. I have 9k miles. FaceTime in nail in my tire and said it not repairable and would cost me 250 to replace. Now I know it's true if the nail is in a certain area it cannot be replaced however this was not the case. I know as it has happened to me before. Thankfully I trusted my gut and left without buying a new tire. Drove over to a very reputable tire company I will not mention the name. They didn't even give it a second look repaired it and cost me $26. So I questioned them and they said no this area is fine and the nail didn't even make a big puncture. I'm so disappointed as Galpin for it is where I purchased my car and had an amazing experience but the service I know longer trust.

I was looking to buy my wife a new car Joe mir was absolute amazing he's great at what he does I gave him a list of things I needed and he made it happen!
