I had a great experience with the Galpin brand, specifically Galpin Lotus. I was assisted by Justin who was professional, straight forward, and accommodating. When there was an unplanned delay with my deliver, Justin did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy including feeding us with lunch. Highly recommended.

I recently went to Galpin Motors to order a new Lotus Emira. I was helped by Justin Permijo. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the ordering process. He had good input into the options on the vehicle as well as a great understanding of the Lotus vehicles in general. If you are in the Los Angeles area and are thinking about ordering one of these vehicles I would recommend going to the Galpin Motors and asking for him. He even called me recently to inform me that one of these vehicles was arriving to the dealership, and invited me to actually see one of these cars in person for the first time. I was able to sit in the car and get a better feel for what I had ordered. I felt very reassured with the effort he had made to confirm that I was comfortable and pleased with making my deposit. Justin Permijo and all of the Galpin Motors salespeople have been great during this entire process. I know that I still have a little while before receiving the vehicle I ordered, but I am very pleased with this dealership and treatment that I have received.

First off I was extremely impressed with the service and communication given by Galpin Lotus, specifically the service manage John Alavazo. Not only did he communicate on a daily basis on the progress on my car but the estimates which were very reasonably estimated came below actual price after everything was said and done they also pick me up from the train station which was an extra cherry on the top and cleaned my car. The whole process was eye-opening to taking my car to a dealership I'm usually pretty hesitant on that but if I ever had to do it again I would definitely go here.Thank you John and everyone else at Galpin Lotus.

I had an amazing experience with Justin Permijo at Lotus. I am looking for a new sports car and am cross shopping a couple of brands; but am completely new to Lotus. Justin took the time to talk to me on the phone and then spent a ton of time with me at the dealership.If you have any questions I would highly encourage you to give Justin a call to chat about Lotus and other brands. He is a true car enthusiast and cross sells other brands which gives him a unique perspective in being able to give you objective advice. I have not purchased a car yet but my interaction with Justin Permijo is super positive influence on my decision toward the brand and where to purchase.

I love galpin and especially Shaun the salesman there. I already got my aston martin from him, which was a simple and straightforward process. When I look to purchasing more cars, I will go back to galpin for him. 5 stars no doubt!

I am so happy with my car purchase from Galpin Ford, and the awesome salesman, Steve Rodgers!My husband and I had no vehicle when our truck stopped working. After perusing other dealerships and all their rude sales people, we went to Galpin ford.We met Steve Rodgers at Galpin Ford. Steve was so welcoming and positive. He heard us when we explained our difficult financial situation; he promiised we would have a new car that day! I appreciated Steve and his patience with us. We were concerned about our financial responsibility. Steve worked out all the details. He came through for us like a real hero.He was always showing us each calculation along the way and helping us understand and be confident in the purchase. We drove away in a VW JETTA!?I can't say enough about Steve Rodgers! I appreciate his compassion and honesty. I found I trusted his information and input.Thank you for Steve Rodgers! We have shared our wonderful experience with our family and friends. We will only go to Galpin Ford for any future purchases. And -I hope when we need another car that Steve Rodgers will be there again ??
