This review is based on 2 different interactions with the service center.I drive a 2022 F350 diesel crew cab 4x4.This is a very expensive truck.On this unfortunate experience with the service center I was in for an emissions recall.Nothing I did or have anything todo with.The recall notification from Ford stated this was a software update that would take 1/2 day.When I dropped off my truck Michelle told me they would need it overnight.I questioned her about the time line.I was told” an outside vendor is involved with fixing updating my truck.First thought! What is a third party doing with my truck.Why is this not handled at the dealer?New 90g Ford truck. Should be worked on by Ford dealer not a third party.No explanation given by Michelle.Why this is the case.Just a bunch of double talk.I am now 3days deep in this 1/2 day repair.Michelle dodges my phone calls. No call back after being told my truck would be done late in the day.This dealership service center falls far of Galpin Fords expectation I am sure.Sales side is fantastic. Avoid service. Find a different place to take your brand new expensive Ford vehicle to.Galpin Service Center does not deserve your business.

The guys at GAS are awesome. Been going to them for years and take care of all my Raptor needs. Tim Fisher has been with me every step of the way. From planning things down the line to emergency fixes. Always there to take care of my needs even if he isn’t in the office that day. Tommy Rezaie is also a huge help in making things happen. If anyone needs anything. Get a hold of these two guys!

Unfortunately we have had nothing but a horrible experience with this place. We bought a brand new Shelby F-150 from Galpin & purchased the black out package. We also upgraded the to Borla exhaust system. GAS took our truck to have it blacked out & the exhaust system put in at the end of December. When we received the truck back, the back passenger seat and floor was completely soaked. We were told that someone who worked on the truck must've left the window open while it rained, causing rain water to pour into our brand new truck. After looking over the "work" they had done, the passenger side of the exhaust including tip were crooked, sitting at an angle, the supercharge emblems were uneven & off by an inch, the emblem on the tailgate had such a gap that you could see white adhesive behind it & worst of all, whoever took off the racing stripes had attempted to use a heat gun on the plastic grill that burnt part of the paint. We had to bring the truck back for the third time to address all the issues & we were assured that everything was fixed, except for the exhaust system. We were told that they would most likely need to order a new exhaust system from the manufacturer if we were still not satisfied because they were unable to make them straight. The emblems on the hood were not fixed and are still off by half an inch. It was also obvious that the emblem was not replaced, but just taken off and re-stuck back on the truck because it is coming off at one end. Also whoever re-stuck the emblem, they attempted to remove the glue off the previous section that was originally installed the first time. You can see where they scratched the paint and left blemishes all around the emblem. When we dropped our truck off on Tuesday, we were told it would take a day to fix everything but at the end of the day, we were told they would need it for the remainder of the week to fix the paint damages by the heat gun. I cannot understand how it takes 3 days to fix a small part of paint when this should've been treated as a priority. We were left without a truck for the rest of the week because we did not get it back until Friday night. Something that was caused by GAS, should've been taken care of asap and not put on the back burner. At this point, we do not feel comfortable nor trust to even taking it back to GAS because whoever is working on our truck clearly does not have the experience or care to even fix the issues. Whoever is overseeing the work also does not seem to care about the quality of work that is being provided. We have never had such a horrible experience with a body shop.

I had a great experience with Eric last week! I brought my Raptor in to have new headlights installed and my idle seemed low as well so I wanted a diagnostic done. It's got a lot of miles and is 10 yrs old. Without sounding to over the top these guys were great! Eric was so kind. To get good customer service now a days is almost as far fetched as hearing thank you, excuse me sir, or holding the door for someone. Well I got all those things and there honesty will stay with me. Here was my experience. My headlights could not be installed. My fault I bought the wrong ones. But no charge even after disconnecting them to be sure it was not compatible. My idle they researched it showed me what they found, came back and let me know everything was fine without having to run a diagnostic. Again no charge. Rare instance when you see professional shops and not charge you for at least something. At the very least there time! Not something I expect to happen all the time. But the care and honesty should be documented and shared with all who want to use Galpin Auto Sports. Hymie helped on the phone. Eric was very fair and honest when I arrived and checked out. All the mechanics were willing to answer all my questions. Makes a difference when you go somewhere that people love there work. Thank you all. And I will be coming back for tires/shocks and all services.

So this is my second vehicle I've had customized at GAS. I always deal with Tommy and Eric Percifield. These two guys were great; knowledgeable, helpful, timely, professional , communicative and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or didn't need. It's nice being in a car dealership / custom shop and not feeling some high pressure nonsense. They asked me what I wanted to do with the truck, listened, gave guidance, then prepped the order. Bang just like that once all the parts came in the truck was ready in 5 working days. Not bad for the installation of a Whipple Stage 2 blower, Corsa exhaust, new front and rear shock absorbers, new leaf springs, and new bumpers. My F150 looks awesome and the performance from the Whipple is ridiculous. . .like truly hard to believe. Do you know how fun it is to out drag a Tesla or a porsche in a 6" lifted F-150 running 37" tires? Trust me its funny and fun. Overall fantastic experience with Eric and Tommy (as usual) and I am thrilled with the new additions to the truck. Thanks boys and I'll see ya again for the next one.

I needed to take my Ford Escape in to have the badging replaced. It was a very easy process and painless. Steven O. assisted me with my repair. He was super helpful, very conscientious, professional and pleasant to work with. He kept me apprised of the status of my order without me having to constantly followup. We immediately scheduled a time to come in to have the badging replaced and the job was done within the time frame he promised. It seems like customer service isn't like it was before Covid. It's hard to hire good people. It was a nice surprise to work with such a helpful, friendly person. It made for a very good experience and I would definitely go back to Steven if I wanted to customize my car or purchase any specialty parts.

I had a great experience dealing with Jaime from Galpin Auto Sports regarding the installation of a Ford trailer brake controller and tow mirrors. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. In addition he was able to make the installation appointment work around my hectic work schedule. I would definitely recommended them to friends/family and would come back again for my other truck needs!

I wrecked a 2018 Shelby raptor in February. Tore up the entire drivers side. Took a chance and had it towed here. Took 5 months, and its back better then ever. Thank you.

Tim, Tommy, Steven, Jaime and Daniel have a been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their extensive knowledge of vehicles and aftermarket parts is evident and they will always steer you in the right direction, and make your wildest ideas come to life.

I go here all the time for work on my trucks. The work quality is always high, they're great to work with, and overall a good bunch of guys over there. Tim, Steven, and Tommy are all awesome - I'll keep going back here as long as they're there.
