My experience with FrontSign for my office has been disappointing. Despite installing the sign five months ago, the lights are now non-responsive. The service quality is subpar, and their overall performance has been slow and unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this company.

I had a vendor report a delay last minute. I contacted Front Signs to request a same day sign production to fill the gap. Roy went above and beyond to meet my need as soon as his shop opened. Roy displayed service excellence, kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Roy!

Abusing workers wrongful termination have this place investigated the fact that thats an opinion answering calls from your son school regarding hes been injured and needs to get picked up from shows the lack of sympathy you have for your workers and lack of professionalism you guys have im glad i found a better job and didnt know u had to be a professional to hand some one tools haha glad im not working here no longer such a joke and biggest excuse to fire someone I hope no one had to go through what i went through funny how one person feedback determines someones job

We had initially reached out back in October of 2022 to Front Signs (along with other places) to inquire about approx cost of having some signs made for our studio/store front. At the time it was really just for cost and budgeting purposes as we were going through a rebrand so we weren't ready. Jonathan had responded to our inquiry in a very quick fashion and provided us with approx pricing along with their process. We had decided to use them after that initial exchange but weren't ready. They kindly reached out to check in with us a month or two later but we still weren't ready. So finally in January of 2023 we were ready! Luckily, The pricing did not change from the initial quote and we were able to get someone out to measure VERY quickly to get the order placed. They must have done 100 proofs for us because we had a kind of complicated sign... but regardless of how many times we asked for revisions they were always so gracious about it and quick in getting us a new proof. From the time of order, I believe it took about three weeks or so to get the signs installed. The gentlemen who came to install were so nice and very quick and efficient. Overall, the process was really easy and the pricing was incredibly reasonable! We will definitely be back for any of our sign needs and would recommend them to anyone needing signage!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Front Signs for some custom printing and signage. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. They had great ideas for my project, and their attention to detail was impressive. The turnaround time was quick and the final product looked amazing. I am really pleased with the quality of their work, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of signage or printing services!

Tried charging me for two-day air when I'm a day away from ground UPS, Not a mix-up I was on the live chat with the person that made no sense of the rush order process, saying that a rush order is expedited shipping, I asked so if I do a 2-day air will I have it in two days? The answer was yes, so if I do ground UPS which is one day from Ontario to my city in SOCAL will I get it in one day, she said no. I said that makes no sense if you process the order at the same rate and the shipping time is the same why not. She then tried to explain that they process the order faster if I pay for expiated shipping, which again makes no sense. Processing the order has no barring on the shipping cost paid, you process it, it ships regardless of what level of shipping you select unless you have a nice mark-up in your shipping cos that makes you money, therefore I opted not to order from you, therefore you won’t see any order in your system.

I highly recommend front signs. I went in and from start to finish Miguel helped me. My signs needed to be done quickly and Miguel made sure to make that happen and I received very high quality sings and looked exactly like my files that I gave them. I got mock ups done and changes that needed to be made to sign size were quick and communication was very good and clear. The customer service that I received was amazing and I recommend anyone who is looking for a sign to go to this place.

If I could give them zero stars I would, like the previous review. The work was subpar, I refused proof and print they blamed the file which was ultra hi res which I had to prove to them after major push back. To make long story short the job looked like crap, and client rejected the job. No accountability, and they really don't care.....
