Changing from 5 stars to 1 star. Took the car all the way to Classic Collision because of previous excellent service when the shop was under Ford Auto Body. This shop is not the same anymore. Eric lied about the condition of the parts replaced in several occasions. When I showed the final bill questioning the condition of the parts he said “everything is new”. He showed me invoices thinking that it would stop me from verifying from the vendor the condition of the parts and the vendor verified they were used. When confronted, Eric changed the narrative several times first going on to say they price match, and then at last said it was indeed in used condition. The shop looks like a nice one for anyone who hasn’t dealt with them. They are bunch of liars and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

After a car accident, the insurance company took our car to this shop. After prologuing the repair for six months and cashing the insurance payout. They returned the car claiming it was fully repaired. That same day, the engine started smoking and leaking fluids. We complained to the insurance company and the shop claimed the car was already like this. They refuse to fix the car and claim the insurance is responsible. Don't go to this shop.

Such an amazing service I've had. Easy people to work with and make things less stressful than what it could be. Shout pit to Monica and Arthur for taking me in and help me out with my situation for getting in my car for service. Couldn't have asked for a better team to make things easier for me.

The wrong one is always the customer. After reparing, everyone can hear the nosie, but all people from Classic Collision said that is not their problem. After bring the car to the dealer, spend another thousnad to repair. AVOID THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOUR TIME.

A week ago someone attempted to break into my car while I was hiking. I called my insurance company who referred me to Classic Collision - Van Nuys Ford. I spoke to Alex Mena about the incident explaining that my driver's side door was not locking properly so I brought my car in for an inspection and estimate. In order to save myself some time and money, Alex suggested I have the part ordered through my dealership. Upon picking up the part, he suggested a locksmith to key the part in and then bring it back him so that he could then do his part. Alex cares about his clients, follows through on his promises and is an all around great guy. I guarantee your car needs will be met 100% when you go with Alex Mena. I highly recommend him and Classic Collision in Van Nuys. They're all super nice people, and you won't be disappointed. Thanks again to Alex Mena and Tony.

They are great, very customer oriented, and that's a rare thing these days. They followed up and when the sensor that had been fixed during a repair needed to be replaced shortly after I got the vehicle back, they were totally great. No problem getting the warranty on the work taken care of quickly.

AAA highly recommended and I am extremely disappointed. They were completely unorganized. I made the appointment to drop off my car with the person that I was dealing with for the day he scheduled and he had a scheduled day off. Then the shop had no clue about what we talked about. Wasn't sure what side of the car to get fixed. Reschedule appt. for a week later to make sure that he would be there and again the shop doesn't know where he is and asked me to just leave the car and HOPEFULLY he'll be in later in the week. I get a weak apology after juggling my schedule twice. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE!

Fantastic AutoBody!!! Got my car done in the amount of time that was said it would be done. The results exceeded my expectations! When getting back my car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off thank you to everyone at this location, will definitely be going back if any other work is needed to be done. A huge thank you to Alex for helping me along through every step and making sure I was kept in the loop for the entire process! I felt stressed in the beginning but felt better as Alex took care of everything and making sure I liked the results of my car.

By far the worst body shop in the business, completely regret bringing my truck in and giving them the business. They've been holding onto my truck for more than 3 months now with no release date. I was mislead by Chris, he told me to bring in my truck, that they had the doors and most the parts in January. AND now 3 months later end of April, I'm told, they're still waiting on a door. Not only was I LIED too I understand it is a big job but it's no excuse to having me bring in my truck taking it apart and letting it sit outside for 3 months with no doors. There parts manager has made no effort in being proactive about trying to get ahold of these parts. Every time I call about a release date they have no answers because they're making no effort in finding out unless you're calling them everyday to try and get him to try and find out. When I was finally given a date this month, they said the 15th of April. I called again on the 21st of April, and now it turns out they LIED to me again and they really didn't have a release date. We are now looking into taking Legal Action against Ford Auto Body. We've been lied to and mislead. They keep trying to say it's a big job but it's no excuse to there lies just so that they can secure the business and bill my insurance for more than $20k.

DO NOT USE THIS AUTO BODY for any reason..! The work is second rate at best. I took my car into this shop for a minor dent and scratches on the drivers door and it took them a MONTH to fix.. they repainted it THREE TIMES before they got it right, and I had to get the owner, general manager and the insurance company involved before they actually did the work somewhat correctly. When they were done for the third time painting, I picked up the car and took it to AG Autowerks to be completely redone. They are NOT certified to work on ELECTRIC CARS despite them representing that they are. They ended up causing over 10K in damages to the electrical system and the car spent another two weeks at volvo replacing electrical components and resetting the computers to factory settings.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP FOR ANY REASON.Service: Painting

Ford Auto Body (Pride) is absolutely the worst of businesses. My late model Ford truck has been sitting at Galpin Ford for two weeks now and I have personally left messages @ Pride/Ford Auto Body for over a month now, with no return calls. If you choose option 2 when calling, (waiting for help), they will never answer. If you pick #1, status, they answer and apologize and forward messages to Carlos, but he refuses to respond. It is the worst of businesses for customer support! I left the truck at Galpin for warranty work, which they completed immediately. However, Carlos never picked it up, nor answered any calls what so ever. Terrible customer service!

I will never use this place again the only reason I did was because I thought they were professional like the one on Oxnard turns out they are not. They tell you what you want to hear when all you need them to be is honest. I’m renting a car and need to know how long I will have to rent it for every week that I call it’s prolonged for another week they have had my car for almost a month now. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
