My water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of).
Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down.
When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need.
They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch.
Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!

I have been buying my water filters from this location for years. They are very nice and helpful at this location. Unfortunately, my water filter has been on back order since March!!!! WTH! The young man who assisted me was sympathetic and completely in awe as well. Many professional plumbers come here but they are also open for non professionals like myself:) Plenty of free parking in the back. Just look for debris on the ground to avoid tire damage.

They had a inhouse brand toilet in stock that was elongated and ADA compliant . But I couldn't find one with a 10 inch rough in. Without weeks of waiting to order one and then it had to be shipped. But Fergusons said we have them here. So I went and got it.

Worst service ever. Waited at will call. 2 guys doing stuff on computer kept asking telling me 1 min. I was waiting outside in the sun for 47 min.
