While trying to repair a leak on my water pressure regulator I discovered there was a piece broken, I took it to 2 shops looking for a replacement. I was told they didn't carry the part, to buy the repair kit (which I had and didn't include this part), and that I'd have to replace the whole unit. Before giving up I thought I'd try one more time. I called this Ferguson location and spoke to Mike. He tried to help me on the phone which was hard to do so I decided to drive there. Alex was at the counter and he was ready to help. He was working through the problem looking for the solution and Mike came out with the info he had pulled up before I even arrived. They were able to order the correct replacement part. I'm very grateful they were willing to put effort into helping me. They saved me more of a headache and a bunch of money!

I'm regular homeowner and expected to be brushed off to the side since I'm not a contractor or certified plumber. I was WRONG...the representative took his time to help me select the unit and educated me on the Gas Company's rebate program. I will come back again.

Typical Ferguson you show up at 11:26 they have the gate close on Saturday . Wouldn't ride a review but you google Ferguson in google maps and it's saids it closes at 12:00. Show up 11:26 guy had already close gated and was waiting for customers inside to exit all I need was a 6 by 4 couplin

Placed order and was told items were in stock which was nice because the glendale location we normally use was sold out. Drove the extra distance to pick up order and waited in line just to be told they actually don't have ANY of my items in stock. Tried calling other locations but to check stock but no one was answering. Wasted my and my companies time and money. Disappointing especially considering how much we spend at ferguson. Need to start going to the competitors in my area until service improves.
