This has been and is my office away from my office. Used their computers, printer, faxes, etc. Everything works fine and Scott and, staff helpful, courteous and professional. Love this place!Thank you FedEx Kinkos for being there!!!

Putting a $10 hold on my card for a measly $1.20 photocopy job is ridiculous. What kind of cheapskate company needs to hold that much money for a copy that small. Why not just charge the exact amount chumps

This is for the print service. I called the Encino location first and their printer was down. So I called Van Nuys and they were super helpful and assured me they could print my job same day. I ordered online, uploaded the files and called to confirm they'd received it. A few hours later they called to say that some of the text was cutting off when they were trimming and requested I email them the files and they would make it fit better. I emailed them and they fixed it so the cards came out looking good. Thank you so much because I spoke to at least 3 different people and everyone was really helpful!

This review is in regards to the Printing Department specifically, and for Zoe who helped me [literally] all day. I uploaded 3 different files onto office.fedex.com and there are 3 steps to submitting an order. First, you need to select a store, then confirm your pickup information if you aren't shipping. Honey gave me a discount code that was accepted by the FedEx system, but it wouldn't let me progress to the 2nd step and I tried different browsers, reuploading, and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out why...then, I took the promo code off. I was able to go through Step 2 which was payment. The 3rd step was reviewing and there was one final time I could put the promo code. I tried again. I was not able to submit the order no matter how many times I tried. I called this location, and Zoe picked up. She told me I could send the files to her via email along with a screenshot of the code processed on the website, but since the rates are a bit different from online and the store, she would have to check with management to see if they could honor it.She called me back after 20-30 minutes to let me know they could honor the deal, and that the designated time for 10AM the next morning would be accurate for pick up. Later that day, around 6 PM I called to ask about the process of the prints [most days this location does print fast, so I didn't think it could hurt to check]. Zoe picked up and I was happy to speak with a familiar voice. She said prints were ready and I asked if I could stop by to check the quality. Yes!I stopped by and I had a feeling one of my prints was going to be too dark. I was right - I brought a USB stick with backup art, but the 3 computers we tried to load the files on would pop in and out. She was able to pull the folder off in a second and worked with me for a good 30 minutes to print out another version [more like 5] because I wanted the right contrast for my artwork - as well as doing a double-sided page to make a card for someone. She even helped me score it for a neat fold [otherwise the edges would crack the print since it was laser on card-stock] after I cut the edges to make sure it was perfect. This is above and beyond what any of the staff has ever done more me and I've been coming in about every 2 months for the last 3 years. Thank you Zoe for your patience and kindness! Hope you're there next time I come in~
