“Dr. Emrani and his staff never cease to amaze me. They are friendly and efficient, I never wait more than a couple of minutes. Everybody has a job and they do it in order. They are kind, caring, helpful and funny, which is important in case you need cheering up. I have been a patient of Dr. Emrani for 20 years, drive 1 hour each way to see him and if I get too old to drive I will have someone bring me! I also love that you can get so much done at his office from bloodwork to bone density to echo’s a one stop shop! I was just there yesterday. Dr. Emrani, I love you and your staff!”
“I definitely recommend it. The place is extremely clean, staff are very attentive and professional. Easy to make the appointment. Was seen within few mins of getting to the office. The doctor was knowledgeable, approachable, caring, took the time to address all that was going on with my illness, in-office tests, medications were called into my pharmacy right away. Overall, if the system would allow me to rate more than five, I would have.”

I left word for Dr. Fatima and her staff called me back & scheduled a time to speak with Dr. Fatima and I got the care I needed. I've been with Dr. Fatima for many years and I find her to be a very thorough Dr., very attentive, listens, & doesn't always prescribe medication right away but alternative methods, which I really like.”

“Dr. Armin Arasheben is an absolute gem in the world of primary care physicians! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time today, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience.The clinic's location is perfect, and there's ample free parking available. That may seem like a minor detail, but trust me, when you've dealt with the parking nightmares at other medical facilities, you'll appreciate this as much as we did.One thing that really stood out to us was the punctuality. We were taken in right on time, and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's practically unheard of in today's world of healthcare! So it’s nice to see Dr. Arasheben's respect for his patients' time.As far as the appointment itself, Dr. Arasheben listened attentively to our concerns, took the time to address each issue thoroughly, provided us with great medical advice/feedback and referred us to the appropriate specialist when necessaryYou’re not walking into the most modern or flashy looking building, but you are walking out with quality care and I find that way more valuable.Based off our initial visit, my husband and I felt reassured, cared for, and confident that we're in good hands. I came to him as a second opinion in regards a health concern I had but immediately realized I should've come to him as my Primary care physician. Not only did him & his staff take the time to understand my concerns, answer my questions, and explain complex medical information to me but they also took the time to further research a Pharmacy that had the proper medication available as soon as possible closer to my home. I was afraid they wouldn't take my health insurance but to my surprise they do take insurance which was Amazing! This level of patient-centered care is rare and greatly appreciated. Called for a emergency exam and I was able to walk in without I electronically electronically fill out my forms and Insuance info and the front the front staff took care ofThe rest. I was seen by a highly experienced PA-c. The PA examined me thoroughly and gave his diagnosis. I am grateful to PA and the urgent care team at exer for getting me and out on a timely manner. “My last visit was not so great. I brought my dear sweet Mother here. She was very ill. It took the receptionist over an hour for us to be seen by a doctor. Her name was Alli. She was rude and dismissive. I got the feeling she was a racist. My Mother and I are African Americans. We finally saw NP Cristina. She was cool. Overall I give our experience here a C+. “When I book an appointment, seeing the doctor would take a month out so I decided to see the nurse practitioner since the appointment can be made quickly. My annual physical exam is very thorough and I like the experience. The nurse practitioner had the follow up call with my test result and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns.”
“Im incredibly grateful for Dr Yong and her team here at the clinic! Ive never had a medical professional take my concerns and health so seriously before. On day one after sharing my concerns she immediately took the steps to ensure that im fully diagnosed and understood what my health concerns were. I have never felt the urgency that Dr Yong shows in her care in any other medical establishment so far. Im so glad I found this doctor and team because i really feel cared for.”
“I personally like coming here on the weekend and later on in the afternoon. They are quite busy in the morning offering physicals. So if you do plan on going during the week, I suggest around 12 or after. Overall great place to go with good staff. But because they do get busy Last call is usually around eight. Would recommend coming here.”

“Stopped in today for a primary care visit. Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a problem that came up with our insurance. She went above and beyond, sitting on hold with and calling the nearly 5 different insurance lines we were re-directed about. I cannot say enough good things about her competence, perseverance, composure, generosity, and compassion. Doctor Barseghian came out to help and provide options as well as advice. Her attitude was so kind, gracious, and caring--you can tell that she is passionate about providing care to all. Her demeanor made the extremely difficult situation feel not so dire. “I had a very specific skin issue that I needed urgent care for. I probably ended up calling ten other places only to hear they couldn’t help me, I’m glad I made one more call here. I explained my situation to them & they said they could help me right away. I drove over & was seen immediately. Dr. Cho & her team are very organized, detailed & professional. I even got a follow up call 2 days later by Rachel to check up on me & see how I was doing.
I’ve never had that from any urgent care I’ve been to before.

“Wonderful first time experience! Tina Pham, PA, was incredible. Super attentive, patient, and supportive! We encountered a speed bump during the basic procedure and she was communicative about possible outcomes and next steps. When everything worked out, I appreciated her transparency after about being nervous it wasn’t going to work out how we had hoped. It added a very human touch to our interaction! Definitely not stuffy and clinical vibe.Front of house staff was also super welcoming! Totally felt like a valued new member of the one medical community.”

“I got there 15 minutes too late so the doctor couldn't see me. I am notorious for being late. I really tried this time. I left early and every shortcut I could think of. The traffic from North Hollywood to Encino has gotten so much worse over the years.
What used to take 20 minutes is now 45 or more!”
