Highly recommend. I brought in a picture to mount as wall art. They didn't get it quite right the first time so they changed the material it was printed on - and didn't even charge me more even though it cost more. 'As long as you are happy,' they said.

Eduardo is extremely unprofessional. Be very careful with doing business with him. It took him over a week to complete a job (it was only suppose to be 2-3 days) and when I did finally receive the final product it was very low quality. I scheduled multiple appointments with him and he was a no show. Do not waste your time or money on bad businesses like this!

I googled praying places near my location called A couple times and when they would answer they were very rude always putting me on hold so then I decided to stop by and give it a chance since I looked at the reviews the owner was there and I told him it was very wrong to have bad customer service specially when they answer the calls It didn't seem to mind him and he brush that off and ask what can he help me with I told him I needed an estimate he gave me a time and day that he would come out never showed up never called me to give me at least a heads up that he wasn't going to make it I don't recommend this place for having very bad customer service and leaving me hanging when he would be there.

Eduardo is a piece of crap with no customer service and lacks professionalism. My experience with this lying disrespectful moron is something that made me sick to my stomach. He told me he would send me an email on Friday or Saturday but never received anything until I got very angry at his way of handling the situation. I finally picked up my business cards and he wouldnt let up after apologizing to him for my getting angry but I know I was within my right to get angry for his lies about emailing the proof but never received until 3 days later... He and express media gets -5 from me. Watch yourselves with this lying scammer That is exactly what I'm talking about... I have never taken any drugs and your ways will only make your business go down hill... shitty moron

I was a faithful customer for many years at this place until the staff/owners, deliberately, after receiving my money, and after they said I would receive an email to proof-read my business card...I never got the email and today, Monday, August 16, 2021...no one answers the phone at the business and someone text messaged repeatedly saying "Good morning, this is Express Media" and only repeated this as I responded to them. The one star I gave them really means -6 stars for their lack of professionalism and their customer service has gone down the toilet with diarrhea in it - I really hate leaving shitty reviews...my word is like gold to me...i say this is going to happen...it happens! They use it as a punch line without having any real meaning behind it. There are far less expensive place with high quality customer service and great product! Unsavory taste in my mouth... Eduardo finally called me back and stated to me that the designer texted to me...i received no text message from anyone - wasting my time on this stupid s*** is something that they are used to dealing with ...they have no morals and use COVID as a blanket or wall to hide behind - WATCH OUT for these thieves!

This is probably some of the worst customer service I have experienced . We gave them nearly an extra week to have our signs made but even then they were late. In addition to the late arrival of our signs the lamination was peeling. There are a lot of other places in the valley don't choose this place.

The service is awful. You would think during a pandemic they would want business, yet its been over a week and I've already had to call twice just to get a quote. Never recieved one so I'm going somewhere else. If you're trying to run a business and get things done, DEFINITELY look elsewhere.
