Edsyn.com The most dishonest company I have seen in electronics. They ship half the order. Provide emails that don't work. By the time you realize that claim time ( 5 days) passes. They stole at least $100 from my order. Quality good. Honesty none

very poor customer service!! sold me a circuit board that didn't work in my unit!! then told me I could either modify my unit myself or pay them to do it (I pay everything) then asked for a refund and they would not pay for return shipping when they sold me a part that doesn't work!! Sad that an American co. treats fellow Americans this way!!!!

GREAT quality products from an owner who REALLY cares about his customers. There is a reason this company is the last all American producing Soldering company left.
