The staff at the Dunn-Edwards in Van Nuys was extremely helpful and pleasant. Asia was great in helping me choose colors. The painters are here now and I am looking forward to seeing the results of my choices! Thanks to all.

The staff is nice and polite, but the service is very slow. They had 2 cashiers, and only 3 customers including myself. Still took 20 mins to order my paint and another 20 to finally get it. They go to the back and forget we’re waiting.
