My 2012 Lexus Ct200h has been a work horse for me as a daily driver the past couple of years. I'm a car enthusiast at heart, so I tend to be very picky about things. My rear spoiler, hatch, and hood started to fade really bad.I reached out to Desesa Autocraft and spoke to Conrad about what I needed done. I dropped the car off on Thursday 4/20/23, and he said it would probably be done by 4/28. The car was actually ready on 4/25. When a business doesn't cut corners, does quality work, and exceeds timeline all these qualities build a great business. They do everything from insurance claims, to paint restorations. Thanks Conrad!

Took my daycare here for repair and wa very amazed how we were greeted. Carlos thank you, we got there early an was waiting for them to open. Carlos came up to us an asked us are we dropping off an we said yes. He said he'll take the keys an he immediately locked them in the office. He said thank you as we also said thank you. The work was done on her car an we both are thankful. Outstanding job, thank you to the kind staff an the owner Roger. The owner is a very kind an helpful an wanna say thank you to him. I recommend his shop, an you will too trust me

This body shop is the best! As a woman taking my car in for repairs, I always feel anxious that I might be taken advantage of or overcharged. Not here! This is truly a family business, run by a very kind, honest, and caring father & daughter. After being rear-ended, I was worried that there may be more internal damage on my car, but Teya assured me nothing would be overlooked. It's really comforting being helped by another woman in a situation that can feel intimidating. Rodger fixed all the damage on my car better than new, and even painted over a few additional scratches!! They were also very timely with the repairs, and even stayed late on a Saturday so I could come pick up my car. The car looks and runs just as great as the day I drove it off the lot. I'll never go to another body shop again, they are fantastic at what they do.

My Cheapskate buddy has his new Kia Optima dinged in Koreatown in 2013. He brought it here to Roger Desesa on advice from a mutual friend of ours, coincidently. (Our mutual friend is a very demanding, cheapskate professional so I KNEW the quality of work musst be good at cheap price). Roger's crew repaired the dent 100%, my buddy's car looked like new! The price was low and unheard of for Los Angeles County. Other body shops quoted my friend a price hudreds or dollars more expensive. Based on that, I brought my own 2 Kia Souls here (in 2014 and 2019). The quality of work was outstanding each time, and the price was low, similar to what you would pay in much less expensive locations such as Vermont and rural upstate NY. Please note: I have learned that Roger's craftsman have been with him for 25+ years. So same quality yesterday and tomorrow. Finally, I appreciate that Roger takes the time to evaluate your vehicle's damage personally. Highly Recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with this shop! Roger, the owner has supreme experience and was involved in all the details for expert repair. His daughter, Taya, was attentive to the needs of the customer and made sure the repair was done timely for a working mother. They were passionate about the work but also accommodating on a personal level to customer's situation. My bumper looks absolutely amazing! It feels like a new car all over again! =) I would definitely recommend this Shop over any other.

My current car is nothing fancy. I know a lot of people in LA believe you are what you drive but I believe we are what we think, so be positive. Anyway, my Toyota is my reliable friend and she needed some TLC. My funds were limited and I was doubtful I would find a shop where I could get the dings removed AND a fresh top coat to save the paint. Add to that the fact that I never enjoy taking my car to the shop. As a lady I am either treated like a dummy or I feel like I'm getting ripped off. So what a pleasant surprise it was when I was greeted by Teya DeSesa. She, yes she, walked me through my options with patience and knowledge. What a nice surprise to find a woman running a body shop. Teya guided me in in deciding what was necessary and what could wait. The estimate was fair and understandable. When I brought my car in, they helped me get a discount on a rental car. The best was when I picked up my car. I hardly recognized the old girl. Without adding anything to my bill, scratches and a dent I hadn't expected to be removed, were gone! DeSesa Autocraft, Teya and her dad Roger, went above and beyond my expectations. I was lucky to find them, I mean there are so many shops in LA. My neighbor is an elderly lady and she only trusts Autocraft to fix her cars. Roger told me that he started the business 30 years ago and now his daughter Teya is getting ready to take over. I am so happy to support women owned businesses! I will definitely give DeSesa Autocraft all of my car repair work. The prices are reasonable , the work is excellent and the people are super nice and trustworthy. What a great find.

The good people at DeSesa took care of me after my car had a side swipe. They looked at every option. To get me the lowest rate and they were very personable and kind. They did a lot of research to find the most affordable parts and called me along the way with updates. Plus, they got me a great rate with the car rental place. Teya and her father run a great operation.

First time going to an auto body shop, and I just want to say thanks to the owner Roger, daughter taya, and their crew for the excellent service done to my Macan. Family owned body shop vs. my local Porsche dealer recommended body shop, and glad I chose right! Even though I'm from LB, I would definitely recommend this place
