I've been here many times because of my luck with cars, but he's repaired my Hyundai Genesis coupe a few times, a fiat a few times, and now my Dodge Dart. Work is always impeccable, and he deals with all the insurance crap. Highly recommended.

Got into a rear-end accident and my car was heavily damaged. The insides are all bent from the impact and broken. Brought it here for an estimate and got a very reasonable price. It got fixed within half a day and it came out like brand new! I am extremely grateful to Frank for fixing my car. Such a nice guy!

I have had a great experience with Frank, who took excellent care of my vehicle and did it for a very reasonable price. He is one of those people who can do everything with their hands. You are lucky if you find one like him with whom you can work directly, rather than through a front salesman. Thank you, Frank, for your work, and I hope I won't need your services very soon again. My car was parallel parked and someone backed into it causing the damage you see in the "Before" photo. I went to four shops for estimates and the one from Creative Auto was the one that worked the best for me. I brought the car in on a Monday morning and it was ready the following Tuesday afternoon (I think a part was late in arriving). When I got the text saying the car was ready, it included a photo and my first thought was, "Wow, it looks brand new!" Highly recommended. Quick friendly reminder...for payment, cash, check, or Zelle work best.

I contacted a handful of shops to get a quote on some rear bumper damage that I received from a fender bender. Everyone quoted me absurd prices and time estimates. Came here to Creative on a recommendation from a client of mines and I'm glad that I took the advice. Frank quoted me a more than reasonable price and guaranteed me a piece of mind. He took his time to deal with the at-fault driver's insurance and saved me the hassle of going back and forth with them. They did a great and swift job with what they had to work with and delivered high quality work. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Frank and his team did on my car. This will be my go-to shop if I ever need some auto work done in the future. I highly recommend this place!

Frank did some great work. I had a pearl white car and and he was able to do wonders. I had some deep (metal showing) and not so deep scratches but my car looks like new again. How quite by far the best and his service was great.

I had gone to several locations and luckily a friend, recommended me to reach out to Frank. Frank provided me an estimate over the phone and was able to take a look at my car in the evening, after work (5PM). Frank was honest and reasonably priced compared to the other locations I had gone to. Bumper and grill work was done on this 2018 Chevy. I was able to get my car back within a day. Thank you for taking care of me and my (baby) car. Highly recommend Frank if you are within the San Fernando Valley.

I got my busted mirror changed by Frank here, he was incredibly professional and friendly. The damage needed to be looked at for a proper estimation, which is to be expected, and he showed me his process for finding spare parts. He kept in touch with me through the entire process while waiting for the ordered parts to arrive, and the work was done quickly. The mirror looks like it was never even damaged in the first place. I definitely recommend getting your car worked on from here.
