Absolutely stellar customer service!!! Cary is a saint.I needed a laptop because I was starting a new job. I knew what software I needed it to run, but am not techy enough to understand what aspects of the hardware would give me a good performance. Cary very quickly helped me pick the right laptop, coordinated shipping and pickup, and helped me get my new laptop in hand just in time for my new job. I can safely report a year later that my laptop knocks it out of the park!! And I wouldn't have been able to pick the right one without his guidance!

Messaged this business on yelp to ask for a quote. Cary, the owner was very patient in answering all my questions. He even checked if my printer has still warranty so the warranty will cover the expenses. He is very knowledgeable. He asked what was the problem and he already knew what to do. He instructed me to do some steps and my printer is now working again. I didn't even need to bring it to his shop. He didn't even take advantage of the situation. He is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and nice. Thank you!

I have been using Cary and Computer Condiments for all of the computers, firewalls, VOIP and other technical equipment to support my law practice. They are very responsive, the equipment purchased and installed has been working well and their pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend Computer Condiments to other small businesses.

I cannot say enough about the honesty and integrity of Cary and the team! Cary is a genius, hands down, and very down-to-earth and funny about it. Don't let the humor fool you, he's the real deal! Our shop was having major printer problems, and he addressed our concerns and really went above and beyond. We purchase a printer from him, it literally came the next day, and he helped set up our shop's printer with our network in all but 5 minutes. We are extremely thankful! Do yourself a favor and give them a call! You will not be disappointed!

I have been working with Computer Condiments for many years now and these are the absolutely best technicians anywhere in California and perhaps in the whole United States!!! Cary Scheck helped me set up a brand new computer from scratch and handled a multitude of problems along the way. One particularly hard problem Cary solved was getting my Lexmark Scanner to work. The difficult problem was part of my scanner was not functioning properly. The Scanner had some problems but Cary did a work around and wrote some software to get it working. He also had to get the right program since Windows 10 had deleted the program he needed. He also set me up with a Carbonite programs that backs up my work regularly. I was also helped by Michael Randall and he got my Thunderbird email working and my Drop Box I use daily working properly - solving many hick-ups along the way. Previously Michael discovered my computer was infected with many viruses and Michael decided we had to completely wipe the Solid State Drive and begin all over from scratch. Michael helped me set up all of my programs and got everything working again and I was very gratefule for his excellent and skillful help! Any other technician would have likely given up but not Cary or Michael. Both of these technicians are truly amazing and we are lucky as customers to be able to have access to such brilliant people to help us solve our computer problems. What was even better was that my final bills were always very VERY reasonable - and I know they worked more hours for me than they charged me for!! What more could you ask for? By the way I moved to Texas from California and these technicians were able remotely connect with my computers to solve ALL of my problems !!! THANK YOU ! Sincerely, Richard & Janis Lapides
