I’ve had an amazing customer experience at City Storage of Van Nuys for 14 years! I moved a ninety-mile round trip away two years ago, and regrettably, it’s time for me to rent a storage facility that is more mileage-feasible.
Steve, the owner, Eddie, Jasmine, Fabiola, Christian, and Nancy are way above the fray in providing exceptional customer service. (Not quite what I’m experiencing in my new hometown… )
The facility is clean, secure, and very well managed. I highly recommend City Storage of Van Nuys—they are 5 Star!

City self storage is amazing. I’ve been here for almost a year and have had only positive and helping experiences. They will work with you on getting the right fit storage. They have safe and secure facilities and great customer care and support. I recommend all my peoples to come if they need long term or short term storage needs.

I came in yesterday to your Van Nuys location , purchased one of your smallest units, The Rep Jasmine was the sweetest, Beautiful Smike , very Knowledgeable, gave Great Customer Service, she deserves a Raise ??, Me and My Husband was very pleased and i would recommend your Business and Thank you again Jasmine???

Awesome spot!! Management is willing to work with you on just about everything from the unit to the payment. It's not any excuse for being late, just understanding of a bad situation.

I rented space for a year at City Self Storage and found the facility to be extremely well run. It's clean, very secure, and the staff was friendly. They are a great choice.

The space is good but there is no bathroom and the lights turn off very quickly and you have to go out into the hallways to walk so they can turn on again and it's a pain because one is busy and one's path is blocked with one's things to accommodate and it means going out to the hallway every time ? that's why I don't give it 5 stars ?

I recently thought I had left my backpack sitting outside of my storage building earlier in the day when I was loading things into my space. I called an hour before the office closed, and the staff went right to work helping me solve my issue. They went out to check the area and then went through their camera recording of the day to let me know nothing had been left behind. I was already out of the area and couldn't check my place for my backpack, so the fact they were able to look through the recording and call me back right away gave me a world of relief. With how awful customer service everywhere is, places like this need to be recognized when they go above for their clients! Thank you- will definitely be staying with them for the time we live here in Van Nuys!

Amazed is not a powerful enough word. This place surpasses all expectations.I have been in the storage auction business a long time and have seen hundreds of facilities. Admittedly many are amazing but this one, the staff pushes it into the stratosphere.I am used to hard nosed, we have you over a barrel, mentality when dealing with the keepers of our things. The staff here have done nothing but make me feel welcome, safe and healthy.Like speaking to fiends at the counter it’s not the facility that has gone beyond amazing it’s simply the people. Working in one of the finest storage locations in Southern California.

Just amazing. As a reseller of storage lockers I have encountered many. This one is cream of the crop. Basic storage at a below basic price. Extremely secure. In fact some of the best security I have seen. Love this place even more because of the staff. Let me just say WOW about the staff. I have never been treated so kindly
