They really took care of our family for our car purchase. Good business ethics and very clean cars. They let you inspect the cars too! There was a bushing going out on the car and the manager replaced it with no hassle. They really care for their customers and will go above and beyond to make you feel like you were taken care of

So, I began a purchase of a car thru this dealership and was contacted by someone named Tony Morales. I called him to discuss the vehicle and he said he was with customers and never called back. I followed up with him about it and he asked how I intended to pay for the car, when my finance application had already been in process, along with a down payment and terms by my bank. He then texts me at 934pm on a Saturday, being extremely rude and dismissive after I said if he didn't have time to discuss the car, I can take my business elsewhere. This was during business hours when I sent that message. So he sends a rude and dismissive text again, late at night telling me not to contact him about the car. I wouldn't do business with this dealership at all, just based on the attitude of the employees. They hire kids with no respect, who treat customers like people they're personal with. I'm grown with grown money, and I'm serious about buying a car, I don't have time to waste with some child who has a bad attitude, but needs to sell cars in order to get a paycheck. Whoever the owner is, sorry, but you should be more careful about who you hire, because you just lost money due to someone who doesn't know the value of a dollar, or understand the principles of business and etiquette. If this is how your customers are treated, I'm glad I didn't waste my time or money. I'm sure this is probably one of those dealerships where you can have 5 repos on your credit and buy a car, and thank God I noticed that it had been in an accident. Be careful getting a car here, I think the reviews are paid for.

HORRIBLE DEALER STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER i purchased a car from them and barely made my first payment i barely had it for a month and so much smoke started coming out of my car out of nowhere and i went to 3 mechanic plus the one they told me to go to and they tried to make me pay almost 6k for a new engine i didn’t even need and they won’t do anything about it when supposedly the car was in good condition when clearly it wasn’t whatever they were hiding later on showed later on. the car is undrivable it is broken so much smoke comes out of it and the car starts shaking when it’s at a stop. these people are dishonest people stealing peoples money

terrible service! they’re cars are broken. they took off codes from the car they sold me and sold me a broken car. I barely made the first payment and my car is broken and they didn’t give me any warranty or anything. i don’t recommend anyone buying from this place horrible people selling cheap and cars that don’t work and horrible customer service! these people are stealing your money DO NOT BUY FROM HERE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Wow, just wow! This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. Not only do they have a dealership filled with beautiful, reliable, quality cars, but everyone from the sales staff and finance department are truly amazing good , honest people. I found the car online and Ross made the deal unbelievably easy. I was in and out in a little over an hour. After having some credit issues from a recent car crash and a divorce I was having issues trying to find a reliable car with what I had to put down. They truly do finance anyone. If you are in California and you’re looking for a car, make the drive to City Fine Cars, you won’t be disappointed.

What a hidden gem of a dealership, honestly. From the existing reviews to the first phone call in, Bryan made sure I was being helped and informed. He not only ensured me that this process would be effortless, but he went above and beyond to make sure that when I came in, all I had to do was sign paperwork, test drive, and be on my way.
