This place is an absolute joke. 0 stars nothing but problems here. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST!!! They close early or they deny you entry with no reason and no explanation! I even witnessed them call the police on somebody for raising his voice when the teller was too incompetent to help the guy .... then they close down the branch because of this when they still had an hour left till closing and kicked us all out!! Why did we get kicked out?! Again no reasoning and no explanation for us. Very incompetent tellers !! very rude and snobby I am never coming here again!!

If I could give this bank a rating of zero stars, I would. My grandmother has been a customer at this Citibank branch for over 30 years-- her entire life savings, living trust, and CD all exist within this bank. When she came into the bank to inquire about some paperwork that she had received in the mail and was asked to sign, the personal banker could not fully answer her questions, so she requested to speak with the branch manager. A few moments later, the personal banker returned and informed my grandmother that the bank manager was "unavailable", and apologetically relayed a message from the manager, Corey Hajdu, to my grandmother-- "If you don't want to sign the paperwork, you can close your account to another bank." I was beyond shocked that the bank manager not only gave us such a callous response, but that he didn't have the basic human decency to even speak with us face to face. When I called the bank later to speak to him about the incident, he was incredibly rude, making statements that were clearly untrue about the events that had transpired, claiming that my grandmother was aggressive, belligerent, and rude to him (not sure how that happened since we did not speak with him at all in person). He talked over me and refused to apologize for the interaction (all I was looking for was for him to apologize to her). My grandmother was an immigrant who came to this country during the 1960's with two young children. She and my late grandfather worked tirelessly throughout their lives for every penny that they have. She is 85 years old. The fact that she was treated like this after over 30 years as a loyal customer of this bank, which literally holds her every asset in life, is beyond disheartening and so disappointing. Do not patron this bank, ESPECIALLY if you are elderly and/or do not speak English as a first language-- you will receive nothing short of abuse from this racist, ageist, dehumanizing bank "manager." We will most definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Corey Hajdu is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude "manager" I have ever dealt with. Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect and he made it so easy for me to take my business elsewhere. I will gladly take my 4 accounts somewhere I know I will be treated with respect as every customer should, to never deal with him again. He did not even have the decency to come speak to me about the issues I was having and told his subordinate that we can take our accounts to another bank. He definitely needs a refresher on what true management and customer service is like. I have worked in the banking industry for over 10 years and majored in business management in my college career never have I had an experience like this. I will be taking this to corporate and I highly advise anyone avoid speaking with this disrespectful individual.

I read the reviews lately about the slow service and lines. I have to say, not the case on my visit- inside was a bit 1980's but great service! I am actually a Chase Client but have a credit card with Citi (Costco). I was helped immediately and the young man at the teller line was not able to take my cash (i forgot they sent me a notice a few months back that I cannot pay with cash at a branch anymore). The manager was helping someone at the atm and the teller took me to atm to try to help me make the payment. I didn't remember my PIN so I could not., and he introduced me to the manager (Jose I think) who recommended a few options for me. In the end- they were eager to help.... Not the same at my bank- Chase--- thinking i'll be switching to Citi. My wife was upset though-they asked her 3 times in the lobby if she needed help with anything... Um honey- they are being polite and helpful! I own a carpet cleaning business- we know customer service!

Always crowded with really inept employees who are extremely slow. They also get the simplest tasks like moving money from Checking to another account [in my case, savings or a mature CD] wrong. I have to catch their mistakes every time to avoid a penalty on my part. They also fail to tell you when you change the term of your CD, you can no longer add funds. When I called the call center, they said they would be able to do that for me in person. Not here. So, I am now locked in for another 13 months. The people behind the desks don't come up to you to ask if you're next in line. You have to pay attention and ask.

Worst customer service. It is not the first time coming this Citibank if not because it closer and near my business. I have business bank account with them but the service from teller every time I came is expressing bad attitude asking so many questions for just only I want to exchange for coins and dollar bills. Never come or recommend. Rather go to Van Nuys and moorpark location

Always understaffed- and now with shorter hours to make it even less convenient for everyone who banks here. Citibank responded over a year later with an offer to help me need to come to the bank less and do more things digitally, as if to prove my review was right.

Keep your Cell charged up. This branch had very Poor Customer service . When the tellers are busy and you are waiting to speak to one of them. They don't even acknowledge you or even B.s you by apologizing for the long wait or even say we will get help you soon. Honestly I think they delay the process with the customer they are helping The young lady is flirting with the male customer at her desk. Rude no eye contact. I am literally getting sick.

This is a shittybank not a Citibank it should be renamed to a new name shittybank. They illegally held my money and blocked my accound for 10 days holding my $2500 for no reason... I had my whole day ruined because the bank made an error... and nobody seems to realize the bank sucks which is why such errors that customers have to suffer for...
