Went in looking for a specific frying pan and Joel was awesome and was able to help me get it special ordered since they don't normally carry it. I unfortunately had to cancel my order later on but the customer service here is so great I will definitely return in the future!

This place is not all what it seems, there’s MAJOR issues with the staff that management is choosing to ignore. All I’m going to say is that criminals have no place working in a place full of knives. Do what you will with that info.

I have been using this location for while and been fairly happy. Good inventory and decent selection. Recently I decided to test out their services. I have a catering event upcoming and called to see how the prices on the Knife Sharpening would be, I was quoted and it was mentioned, that it takes 3 days for knife sharpening. Brought them in on a tuesday for an event on saturday. They said i wouldnt receive them back until Monday, since they are sharpened down in Anaheim. Needless to say I didnt sign up for the service and will look elsewhere in the future.

Great selection of restaurant and chef supplies including a great selection of knives. Lots of great items for anyone in food service or who feeds large crowds. Chef wear and barware. Lots of stuff like commercial grade coffee makers and such. Also plenty for the home cook Recommended and I would come back

I don't know why I haven't left a review for Chef's Toys before, because I've been coming here for about 13 years! They will price match another retail store like restaurant Depot and I hate going to restaurant Depot so it's so much easier if I can just get my stuff at Chef's Toys. All the guys there are super helpful: Noah before he left, Joel, Javier... but today my five stars are about Chris. I'm writing this review because I came to buy a glass washer for my bar, but I'm dragging my little two-year-old daughter around with me to do errands and I mentioned when I was on the phone with him, that she had fallen asleep in the car (I was parked outside) and I would come in to grab the glass washer as soon as she woke up. He said don't worry, I will put it on your account and then he just brought out the glass washer for me and put it in my trunk! So amazing, I was able to let my daughter sleep and continue on my way home! The glass washer was out in my car in under five minutes. Excellent customer service, I will keep me coming back for 13 more years!

Joanna assisted my family with a huge renovation. We've been coming here for small projects, but nothing this big. My parents won't stop raving about her. She is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. We recommend this store to everyone because of her.

Don't buy anything from here, because they won't accept returns. I bought juicer yesterday and return today they said I used i. they're not accepting my return. bad service ever.

Trying to start up a Texas style bbq business! Picked up brisket trimmer and brisket cutter excellent equipment. Customer service is excellent! Guys also give me tips about bbq business and tips on how to cook and cut! Chefs toys rock!

Best place in the valley for all your commercial kitchen supplies...if u need it...they will have it...if not at this store then they will ship it from another store...very helpful, prices that won't break the bank, and a huge selection...in store or online

They have everything for the pro chef to the backyard grillers. Wide selection and pricing much better than going to a retail store. Helpful crew as well.
