This has to be the worst experience I've had with the Chase brand all together. I have been calling for 3 fuckin days straight trying to speak to someone at this branch and absolutely no one gives a fuck to pick up the phone.

Don't go to this Chase. There's better locations. They don't pick up the phones, they won't call you back, it's not in a good area and not the best of the best.

Horrible customer service. Choose to follow protocol to common curtesy and common sense on basic things. Go to Logix, you will find people who actually care to help.
