As usual at Chase locations, there are more people directing traffic rather than behind the counter helping customers as tellers.
3 pm and 2 tellers, with 7 customers and 2 employees on floor wondering around.
It shouldn’t take them this long to give them cash non ATM transactions.

They canceled my appointment twice and they didn't notify me until I was already at the bank and waiting for 20 minutes. terrible service

I don’t know why it is so difficult for damn chase bank earning billions from their customers, to repair the card sensor for open the door after hours. Whenever you check after hours, the door doesn’t work 9 out of the 10 times. Such a “great” customer service.

Called over 20 times yesterday, NO ANSWER. Still waiting for a cashier's check after submitting notarized forms to close my deceased brother's account. TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE & INCONSIDERATE!

I was told that the bank on 7108 Sepulveda was closed.I looked online. It stated it was opened. I even called the 800 number. Stated it was opened - I think they too looked online.Circles around and round in heavy traffic, and dis not see it.Found another one.

This branch is not helpful at all. Last week on 7/30/22 i stopped by to see if a teller could help me to open a credit card but one of the workers from that branch told me that I need to make an appointment to see a banker. Are you serious ??? Since when do we need to make an appointment?? What happened to walk ins?? If chase is really desperate to open credit cards help the customers! I used to work for chase in bell gardens. We never did that and we always get Gold ratings . Keep this up chase and someday you won’t have more customers.another thing the line in this bank is soooo terrible. I’ve waited almost 1 hour!!! What is wrong with this branch. Look at the picture I posted if you don’t believe me.

First time visit first impression. Great Bank friendly staff quiet environment plenty of parking and professional banker's. Mr Serrano has been very informative and resourceful and helpful in our time of desperation and need.
