They are very selfish people. I guess they serve for only Spanish people. I waited one year for citizenship class. They always say that they don't have open space. Nobody can believe for a year you cannot take online class. I wish I could know about them before. I wasted my time waiting for a year. Stay away to this place and search for some places who really wanna serve people in need. I want you not to regret later. They just send you emails for donation not for your help. I never recommend this place.

My experience at carecen has been very pleasant and informative. Yvett and Jennifer make a great team they are professional and polite. They have both been working really hard on my immigration case. I am very grateful for all of there resources during this pandemic. I would like to thank the organization for having amazing hardworking dedicated and friendly employees. Very satisfied with the service here!Easy to make appointment, the staffs are friendly.I got help from the attorney named Evelyn Martinez, she is professional, carefully reviewed all of my papers, and information to make sure I have sufficient files before submitting. I trust her and she did a very good job. She is also helpful when it comes to questions, always answers my email. Even though the pandemic makes everything so slow, eventually I got my green card thanks to Ms. Evelyn! So lucky I found this organization.I recommend this place to anyone who needs a professional work for their immigration status adjustment with a low cost.

COMPLETELY DISREGARDED WHAT WE HAD TO SAY AND CALLED US LIARS BECAUSE AFTER 5 MINS OF A CONVERSATION SHE APPARENTLY KNEW MORE ABOUT US THAN WE KNEW ABOUT OURSELVES. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE WAY THEY HANDLED THEMSELVES WAS DISAPPOINTING. MY FATHER IN LAW WAS SO DEVASTATED AFTER THEY TOLD HIM SIME THE INFO THEY DID WHICH I BELIVE WAS IN ACCURATE INFO AND WENT AGAINT USCIS AND VISA CENTER'S INFO.

We trusted a legal USA residence petition process for my wife to this people..I am a USA citizen...They made us lost one year for nothing..My wife record is perfect..This "lawyer", Evelyn Martinez ( not sure if this is her last name), dropped our case after a year for no reason at all...Right now, my wife would have her USA residence already if this CARECEN had not lied to us ...No explanation was given.She was very rude and arrogant since the very beggining...She treated us really bad..I swear this is true..At this moment, we got a real and honest lawyer...
