Honestly don’t know how this car wash has a good rating the wash is mediocre and the people that work there are skeevy especially one in particular I have had negative experiences the two times I’ve had to interact with him with weird uncomfortable comments and unwelcomed physical touch and the vacuums are always falling apart when you want to use them

Glad my car isn’t the only one that was damaged here. Was second guessing myself where I could even damage that side of my car, it looks melted down, which was even weird, until today I went again and it looked even worse ! By the other comments bliss takes no responsibility. Just cancelled the membership and I don’t even want to know how much it will cost to fix it. The dryer doesn’t even dry which is why they have a person to dry it with a towel. Thats why they have a 2 month trial, I’m out $20 and the damages. Anyone going here take pictures of your car before and after just in case.

Prices are great but vacuum situation is horrible. Waited 30+ minutes for a vacuum. There is no structure & everyone just cuts in front of you & not one staff member was present to direct the drivers on who was next. Purchased the 2 month membership but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I’ll take my loss. Do better BLISS.

I love bliss. It's my favorite car wash, with such an affordable monthly charge. I can come whenever how ever many times I want. I love their vacuum too it is so strong and it can get all those hard narrow areas in your car. Very convenient spot.
