Unprofessional from top to bottom. The owner apparently doesn't like truthful reviews that are not flattering. He has removed all truthful and negative reviews. And there were several. That's not what Yelp is there for. This is meant to be a platform for honest reviews. Good or bad.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Bernstein Financial's accounting services. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Nancy, my recommended contact, I received no response or assistance. Initially, Lupe, a co-worker, informed me that Nancy was unavailable but would get back to me. Unfortunately, that never happened.Over the course of several weeks, I sent numerous emails seeking help, but each one went unanswered. While it's understandable for professionals to be busy, the complete lack of response and disregard for my inquiries is inexcusable and reflects a lack of professionalism.When it comes to tax matters, timeliness and responsiveness are crucial. The fact that Bernstein Financial left me hanging in a desperate tax moment raises serious concerns about their commitment to their clients. If you're seeking a reliable and attentive accounting firm, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

They can't do anything right. It's extremely unprofessional for a firm to agree to do your taxes, tell you they're working on it, then mysteriously stop contacting you at all (and failing to let you know of a key deadline). Skip this company if you value your money.

Love Michael Bernstein and all of his CPA Staff! I have been going to him since 2007. I was audited by the IRS for an taxes they said I owed, from another accountant I had used in the past. Mike's team reviewed my previous submission and not only did I NOT owe Uncle Sam, but in fact, they got me an additional refund! I had my own business for years and they truly got me everything possible as a write off. Now I'm a corporate slave, but they still find my everything for deductions; review my salary yearly so I don't overpay or underpay and keep more of MY money. They are truthful, forthright, trustworthy and I have recommended them to over a dozen folks, all of whom have thanked me 10 times over for the referral. Keep up the the great work BFS!
