Nobody has ever taught them how to talk, specifically to a customer.
They stare at you rudely and talk very offensively just for a simple communication to threaten you to do, whatever they actually have to ask you politely.

Don't go there unless you want to wait in long lines, have your car damaged on body by heavy metal, or the petty manager Mike taking aim at people with disabilities requesting reasonable accomodation. Regrettable experience dealing with this business that could otherwise be terrific if morals and customer service were better

If you have a Tesla be careful. This car wash is very hard on the paint and leaves scratches and swirls. It does not clean the front of the car or hood very well either.

Bueno! I go there to wash my car and for oil change. Staff is always nice and friendly. They have new, working vacuums. A lot of space. You know, of course you can clean it better at the self service car wash, but comparing to the time spend, this is a really decent place. 10 min in and out.

I paid for the $10 car wash )(lowest tier). Car was decently cleaned. It was not dried off very well. Vacuums are strong, but worker only allows five minutes of vacuum.

There are better car washes in the area. The attendants are rude and I noticed several small scratches on my car since I started coming there regularly.

Better than Luv car wash but not actually unlimited. Misleading advertising. You can only wash once a day.

I would go one or twice a week. I had to cancel my subscription because it was scratching my left front rim from when I pulled in. There was black junk on it but one I cleaned it up there was damage to it. I went to let the manager about my rim. He didn’t care and went straight to the office to cancel my subscription with no regard of my complaint, he just said “it’s fine it will come off” when there’s clearly damage. And the tire shine they use would splatter all on the side once I started driving. But if it wasn’t for those things I would have still kept going.

Machine knocked off my hub cap off and several cars ran over it. The manager handed it to me while I was vacuuming and offered nothing. I have no idea how this happened it was fine driving here for 3 hours back from Santa ynez. He said it was probably loose but the car wash was the only difference?

I’ve been a customer for seven years of this place is an awesome place to keep your car clean. They have a great deal so I pay monthly and I wash my car almost every day. All the crew members are really nice. Only the manager is kind of awesome, but the rest of it is fine.

I do not recommend this car wash it didn’t wash my car well there was still a lot of dirt behind my car and on the sides.
