“Came here to get some Gas Treatment for a car and also a diagnostic check. Raul was the one who came out to do it. We’ve been experiencing some overheating issues with our vehicle and I explained our situation to him. Raul was patient and very knowledgeable on the topic. He explained our results and potential issues that it could be. He went out of his way to throughly explain everything and make sure we understood correctly. He verified some stuff under the hood for us and pointed us in the right direction for the next steps to take. He’s definitely an asset to the team and we are so happy for all his help.”
“The staff here is so helpful! Every time I've made a phone call, they answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner. They're very helpful in determining if they have a part available, and if they don't, they can order it for you! It will usually arrive the same-day or next-day. They will tell you. The store is kept clean and presentable. I am always greeted by someone when I enter, which is appreciated. Their service is efficient and attentive. I've been coming here consistently for the past month because of my car's maintenance needs. O'Reilly's has come through every single time! I also appreciate that most of the parts I received either have an extended warranty (3 years) or lifetime warranty. That gives me a peace of mind with all of my purchases. I definitely plan on returning to this location - they are so helpful!”

“Not getting into details but on the 22nd of May my day went downhill in an epic way but when I poked my head into the store Robert (last name unknown) was AMAZING as were the rest of that staff that were present at hat time. They were able to help me in a way that is not normal but really helped me get the s***show under control; and, due to the way they held themselves, I would happily drive up to 50 miles to this one store (even if another was next door to me) for a part simply because they were that great.

“I just had a battery delivered from them and they were absolutely wonderful! .
They were so helpful over the phone, so patient allowed me to complete the transaction over the phone so the driver can come pick it up for me
They were so nice and so professional I have nothing but the kindest words to say about them (Alex was the one who helped me out).
I just had the battery installed so I can’t testify to the quality, but I can say that I kept my lights on by mistake for quite a while and the battery still worked so it seems to hold a very good charge.
I bought a refurbished battery for $40 but even the new ones that are $90 are super fairly priced.

“I have know Bob for more than 50 years, he was recommended to me by Manue friend who was a taxi driver. Bob a has a great knowledge about batteries including the electrical system that covers generator , alternator. He will alway check your battery to make sure of the problem. Warranty and prices are excellent. Keep up the great service and work Bob!”

“Phone gets answered quick, phone receptionist was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. The manager was also very nice when I stopped by, he welcomed me into the store and helped me get what I needed. The store is also larger than the autozones near it so they have a bigger selection of items. I will definitely be back for any auto needs.”

“Needed a battery for my fob! Using Google Maps found this location. Directions were on point using voice/ audio turns. This store was massive and the customer service was excellent and friendly for women without a man to assist. He even knew what size, then proceeded to place the new battery and handed me the second battery explained for me to keep it in the car for future use.
Paid it, thanked him and back to my car smiling.”
