Holding my mail and won't give it to me , asking for extra money , FRAUD , BE AWERE , they bought the place out of someone I was registered with , they didn't transferred the information between each other and asked me at first place 230$ cash only , outside the place because of the cameras , today I sent my cousin to pick up my mail and they didn't wanted to give it to him , they decided to send my mail to the main USPS office and now saying my mailbox will get closed ,I am still on the payroll and paid for a whole year , not recommended to deal with them

It's 5:40 pm. I drove 13 miles to drop off a package here because supposedly it closes at 6pm. All the other post offices close at 5pm. The door is closed and it's closed. I'm so disappointed and upset.

Best mailbox center for miles. Every time I come here the service is excellent. I needed to send a fax months ago and he did it for free without thinking twice. Old school style service. Very appreciated. Padded envelopes reasonably priced. Everything you need. I couldn't recommend a better place. A PLUS.

Been with Federal Mailbox for a couple years now and so far they've been great. I had two other PMBs previously that caused me lots of headaches. But I signed up with Federal Mailbox about a year after their move to the current location on Van Nuys near Burbank Blvd (only two blocks from my condo) and was very pleased with their service from the very start. And when new management took over in June 2022, things got even better. Isaac Garca (the new owner) is a really friendly guy and his employees who are there most of the time are not only friendly but always helpful. No problems at all with the current Federal Mailbox Center. Can highly recommend.

The best place to have a private mailbox. The place is under new ownership and the the owner is making a change for the better. Truly, truly glad that there is finally a personal mailbox store with great service. Thank you Mr. Garcia

I love using their Fedex services their rates for FedEx shipping is cheaper than going to Fedex directly it's super convenient and very safe. My packages always arrive on time and I never have a problem. The customer service is excellent I highly recommend using Federal Mailbox Center.

I highly recommend this business they are extremely friendly the prices are right and my packages always arrive safe and on time. I also have a mailbox here and the mail delivery service is excellent. If I ever get a package from UPS or FedEx I'll always have a note in my box letting me know to come to the front desk and pick up my package there service is extremely efficient I highly recommend using this business in supporting our community.

First off the storm moved from Van Nuys and magnolia van nuys and Burbank At that time it was less than a block from my house which is very convenient they were very nice but most the services say they offer they don't do As of one months ago they opened at 9 AM now with zero notice they open at 10 AM so after arriving at 9:15 this morning my bus and sitting around for 45 minuts I get a Very unknowledgeable young man I am when I tell him I need to print for the email to me your barcode is too big and the same email that I showed him and it says have them scan the barcode we're not set up to do that but supposedly they're fed ex locations their sign says they offer all FedEx services obviously not what is this young man excuse away only started a month ago really not OK thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my day

I was there yesterday 02/16 4 pm and a guy was welcoming me they have such a nice worker too bad I don't remember his name Sometimes all you Need in a bad day he's a nice person with a good energy

Went in just to pick up a package and was very uncomfortable by the fact that the person behind the register and a customer were not wearing any sort of face covering. The man behind the register went to get my package, and when he came back, I asked him to put a mask on, to which I received a definite no on. It's a state law during this pandemic, and I did not feel safe inside this store.

I am glad that I finally got a chance to review this business. I used them recently for notary service. It was close to my home and parking was easy. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They charged me standard notary fee and gave me the receipt for my records. I recommend this place for notary service.

I initially selected this postal location because of its convenience (close to my office and ample free parking). Over the coming years I have come to truly appreciate the way they operate. For example, when surgery rendered me unable to come to them, they delivered my mail for a modest fee. When overnight packages arrive, they call me. Good luck getting this type of customer service from the post office.
