The worst place ever

the most unhelpful and rude staff. asked if they could help test and change out my battery and they said no, that no autozone is allowed to do that & they were understaffed. 4 employees were in the store doing nothing & there were no other customers but me. been going to autozone for 30 years and have had several employees help over that chunk of time.
don't even try this location. go to the other one on van nuys - most helpful and respectful staff!

My husband likes to go shopping there because many pieces he buys have a warranty and he has no problems when changing them, and when he doesn't have the piece there in the store he buys it online without a problem.

Anderson is the best! Not only was he able to fix my broken remote, but knew and recommended products to solve other issues I'd been having. I appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and kind he was and am going to make this "my" auto zone from now on.

I went shopping at this store since I was passing through. I asked several times for help since I had doubts and wanted the advice of an expert but no one was available and when I saw an employee I approached him to help me but his response and attitude was very discriminatory since he preferred and offered to help an American and not me who am Latin

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from CLAUDIA V! These days it's easy to think you can just go on Amazon and buy what you need. But even though I was able to find the parts I needed online, I came to AutoZone to make sure they were exactly right--and Claudia's expertise got me windshield wipers that are BETTER than right. She knew my make and model (Fiat 500) and it's idiosyncrasies--like a very curved windshield. She knew a way to make the wipers more efficient by choosing slightly different sizes than specified so they have more consistent contact against the glass for better cleaning. But she didn't stop there--she took them out to my car, installed them, let me test them, and then even changed them for something better. All before she charged me! So once I paid, I KNEW I was getting the best possible part for my car. She was beyond knowledgeable--and friendly, too. I will always come back to this AutoZone because they give the kind of personal service that's rare now--service that ensures you get what you really need rather than what you thought you wanted! Thanks, again, Claudia--and AutoZone!
