This is, without a doubt, the best mechanic my partner and I have ever worked with. They were incredibly honest and thorough, making a huge difference in our decision when we were buying a used truck. Despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit us in for an inspection. In just an hour and a half, they identified everything we needed to know about the truck’s condition. We decided to buy the truck (and were able to negotiate with the seller because of the required repairs) and left it with them for a few days to handle the necessary repairs. Even though we live 25 miles away, it was well worth the trip. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust. Thank you David, John, Lupe and Christian for all of your help (and for showing love to our pup while there ?).

I have been going to AutoAid for all my car services for years. They never disappoint! Their estimates are fair and their assessments have alway been spot on! The shop, itself, is emaculate and welcoming (they have candy and coffee). All the guys are friendly and they helped me pair my phone for not one cent! Look no further for the car shop that delivers!

I recently had my 2016 Toyota Highlander serviced at AutoAid in Van Nuys, CA, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team there is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I brought my vehicle in for a series of repairs, including shock and strut assembly replacements and stabilizer bar control link replacements.
From the moment I arrived, I felt confident in their ability to handle the job. They provided a clear and detailed estimate, explaining everything that needed to be done, which I really appreciated. The work was completed on time and within the quoted price, with no surprises.

First time, went from google search. These guys are very good. They will talk you through whole process, all costs and things are explained in detail. I had front end damage that knocked my A/C system out, they diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. In my case it was s simple fuse fix and a recharge of the system, but they went that deep instead of just changing things out. definitely will be return customer.

I’ve taken my car in a few times now to AutoAid. They give you a full diagnostic and rank anything that may be wrong with your car from urgent to not so urgent as well as a give an estimate of all the items listed. It’s great for planning financially for upcoming services and scheduling those services. The mechanics and front desk manager are great with communication and friendly. They email reminders for upcoming services. Text itemized invoices. Text or call to communicate. There’s a café up the street and a few Mexican restaurants to kill time while you’re waiting. DMV is also a 3 minute walk so you can feed two birds with one scone if need be. I’m happy with their service and transparency thus far.

I really appreciate the honesty from this group. I brought in my Honda, and they patched a tire that the dealership insisted needed to be replaced. They explained everything thoroughly and were very transparent with me. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks, guys!

Concerned about damage to the fairings behind my front, bumper, and being 65 miles from home, I was given a referral to Auto Aid. The brief description of the damage to Christian over the phone and he said bring it on in. David greeted me when I got there and to my surprise put the car up on the lift right away. After all, they had a lot more Cars that they were working on. Well, in a half hour it was all fixed good as new. I appreciate the friendliness and competency of everybody there. Thanks for making my afternoon a much better one than it would’ve been.
