My first time there, I ordered material to be delivered. I had my crew and workers ready to go. Only five percent of the material showed up. When I asked and called, they told me that they lost the paper work in the pile of papers. The warehouse supervisor who does the deliveries was non apologetic and quite rude. He told me he would look into it and call me right back. After half an hour and numerous attempts to try to reach him, I decided to drive over there. He still had a bad attitude, so I requested to talk to the general manager by the name of Brian. When I asked for a credit pack for my materia, he told me that I would immediately get my refund. Once they picked up the material. Which turned out to be a blatant lie. I sent him a message three days ago via email regarding my refund, and of course, I have not heard back. These guys are extremely unprofessional and do not take into consideration customers. I've been in the field doing construction work for over 30 years. And have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

My sales rep Peter is always helpful and delivers what we order on time and as agreed. He goes out of his way to make sure all my questions are answered handled in a timely manner.

I get the worst service from this guy named Peter N. You need to get rid of him. He talks to people like they're idiots. I've been in this industry for a very long time, I'll never purchase here again!

What a pleasure to walk into a building supply store where all the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and don't keep you waiting! Great inventory, the prices are always competitive. Often better than the competition! You won't go wrong w/ any of the sales people but I especially enjoy a friendly chat w/ Chris along w/ his expert advice & service!!

I have been a customer of Arrow tools for over 4 years! They are the best! My salesman Adam Stern always answers his phone! Even late at night ! They have great tool prices and a huge selection always available! Plus I can get a delivery anywhere in so cal! My business deals with a lot of rebar and they get it to me almost next day!
