Came here for a cup of coffee. As I was poring the powdered creamer into my cup, a large ROACH fell into my cup? roach was still alive and trying to get out. I should have taken a photo but at that moment I just wanted to vomit! The store clerk gave me another cup but didn't offer a refund nor did he apologize. It's not about the money but more about good customer service. This Arco has always been dirty but this was the last straw for me. Not returning here again.
