I contacted AMR Labs a few times 3 weeks ago. I wanted to do a custom formula which has been working great for many of my patients. Sylvia told me that I had to talk to the owner Mary Ershadi. She told me Mary will call me back but Mary never did. I waited for a few days so I called back and I was able to talk to Mary. I emailed her with a couple questions and asked her to sign the NDA but she didn't bother to respond. After I asked her to respond a couple times and she finally responded. I emailed her back asking if there a better way for communication because it has been 2 weeks emailing her but she hardly responded. Again, she didn't bother to respond. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the client. On the NDA, she stated she is VP. I was told she is the owner. I am confused. May be there are a few owners. I saw other bad reviews about AMR Labs communication. I believed it now. I am glad I didn't start to do business with them. It would be a disaster. There are so many good companies out there. Google them and you will see. Don't do your business with this horrible company.

Terrible service made me waste my time I called more than 10 times for a whole week. I called every day waiting for information They only told me that they were in a meeting or were busy to take my call. I have evidence of the times I called. I think they only hope to receive important investors and not small entrepreneurs. The manager of this laboratory should pay more attention to his staff and serve all his clients equally.

We have worked with AMR for a few years and they have bent over backwards to help us with our products and recommending other suppliers. Their formulas are exceptional as they have genius chemists well educated in natural ingredients. Our company appreciates all they do! ✨✨✨???

Everyone at AMR labs is amazing! When I first started my product line I didn't know a thing, they helped me so much and still do to this day.I have worked with everyone there and they are always so helpful. They have helped me to build my brand from day 1. Thank you to everyone at AMR Labs

Quick response. Mary was very helpful. Their website states they do color cosmetics, however, I was told they only do lip gloss and no other type of cosmetic. Website needs to be updated.
