I arrived at my appointment first thing in the morning. The technician and staff where friendly and knowledgeable. I was told it would take about two hours to install my glass. So I went home but to my surprise they finish ahead of schedule. The quality of was excellent with no leaks or issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get there glass replacement. Thank You guy's

Very friendly, super fast service, highly recommended. Frank installed the passenger front window for my 2011 Nissan Cube in like 30 minutes. I would definitely choose them again but hopefully I never have to.

Appalling customer service. I made an appointment with All Star Glass in Van Nuys for a windshield replacement and when I arrived I was told by their staff that my new windshield had not arrived yet. No one bothered to call to notify me that the new windshield had not arrived. All Star Glass refused to return my phone calls and the employee that I was finally able to speak with provided incorrect information. I recommend contacting another business for auto glass services.

Super solid professionals with pure family vibes. From the start of first phone call to completion of windshield installation it was very hospitable and affordable. Excellent job, very professional. I highly recommend them. I took my car over to their store because they needed to calibrate my new windshield. And could not be done at my home. The whole replacement took about 1 1/2 hrs.

Manny worked on my rear glass window for my Ford escape. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, fast , and knowledgeable about his job. GOOD JOB MANNY you just gained a customer for life . I will be referring all my family and friends here

Late Saturday afternoon my car was vandalized and the rear glass was shattered by a hammer or some other blunt object. The impact left a large defect measuring about 1x2 feet. There was more glass in the interior of the car than left in the rear glass panel. After reporting the event to my insurance company that day, the following Monday I received a referral to All Star Glass in Van Nuys. Within 30 minutes of my calling the shop they set an appointment for the following day [Tuesday] for glass replacement to be done at my home. The technicians [Hormoz and Seth] arrived on time. They explained the procedure and about 90 minutes later the job was complete with a significant amount of time being spent meticulously removing multiple shards of glass throughout the car. Both Hormoz and Seth did a terrific job, especially with regards to cleaning up the interior.. Both were extremely professional. I can fully recommend All Star Glass for thei high level of service and overall professionalism.

I am extremely happy with the service and the honesty of this team. I came here after first going to two other places, both of who did a terrible with my auto glass and gave poor customer service. This team has the expertise and the know how to get it don't right. I will absolutely be recommending All Star to people I know.
