Took me in as soon as I arrived, showed me the replacement window and explained what they would do and the warrantee, did the job in about 1.5 hours and I was out the door. What more could you ask.

I needed the windshield replaced on my ‘97 Golf and was expecting it to be a challenge due to the car’s age. To my surprise, this business handled it the same day with no issues at all! Their quick turnaround time and efficiency really stood out. Highly recommend for anyone needing glass replacement, even for older vehicles. Great service!

I’m sorry to say it was a really awful experience. The multiple calls communicating price and date of arrival of a part was so much more unpleasant and difficult than it should have been. It took 3 weeks to get a part and every time we spoke, I heard: “it’s a day out”. That must be what they tell them to say, must be part of their script. Less irritating was a different price quote depending who I spoke with, and never getting my name correct.

I had an appointment scheduled for mobile service with the technician arriving between 8am and 12pm. 12pm roles around and no one has shown up yet. I call to get a status update and the person that answered the phone told me they would call the technician for an update and then call me right back. 30 minutes later still no phone call. I call them back again to check only to have someone else answer the phone and tell me the same thing. This person does call me back and let's me know the technician is running late and they'll be there at 2pm, to which I agreed. 215 comes and goes and still no technician. I call back and they reach out to the technician again. This time he'll "be here soon" - I ask them to clarify what "soon" means and she tells me 30 minutes or so. Well, 245 roles around and still no technician. I didn't even bother calling back again after that.
My main gripe here is that no one reached out to me to let me know the technician was running late. The person answering the phone on two occasions said something along the lines of "oh yeah, that technician is running late today" but they didn't have the systems in place to let their customer know that their booking time wasn't going to be met.

On June 25th, 2024…both my partner and I had issues with our drivers side window. We were told by their office person that we both needed regulators,-and she (I can’t remember her name, but has a husband in prison up North that’s all I got from her). She then advised us to buy them online, and bring them in and they could do the replacement.
4 months later, both of our windows are not working. I then called the call center 4x between the 25th through the 29th of October 2024, with a promise that I’d get a call back. The “call center” told me that because they were “aftermarket” regulators that they wouldn’t honor their work. ALSO,, I made an appointment for them to look at my window on October 25th at 1pm, where we took the day off work just to be there…and got there and the receptionist said they wouldn’t look at it and there was no technician in the facility. If we had an appointment at 1pm, took the day off…and this was their excuse, including they were aftermarket parts that they TOLD us to buy. Where is the integrity?
Yesterday, October 29th, 2024 I still had not received a call from them. Called 4x with no response. The man on the phone put me on hold for 14mins, then hung up and called back. The man put me on hold for another 4 mins and came back to say, “you purchased aftermarket parts and we don’t warranty that, but also, we wouldn’t have been able to order your parts. If you want us to look at it, it will be $100.”
I’m sure confused and disappointed. This company is super sketchy. So now after 4 months and paying over $600 to them, we both have broken windows/regulators and a lot of dismissive behavior by this company.
I urge you never to go there. Don’t listen to to what they tell you to do. All around just avoid them. They seem nice and will chat with you but they don’t honor their work.
We will be getting BOTH of our windows fixed at a completely different company.
