Hôtel fait pour des conférences bureau. Il est proche d’un petit aéroport ce qui ne le rend pas calme (la piscine est en bord de piste). Petit dej très décevant dans les salles de réunion. Chambre vieillissante mais confortable et spacieuse. Grand parking et proche de station service et supermarché. Compter 1h pour aller à Venice Beach.

0 or negative stars would be ideal...I was searching for stays on expedia and I accidentally booked this property for the day off. I have tried to call so many times and they never answer. I emailed and they didn't answer and expedia has been reaching out and no answer. The stay is now in the past and I was charged the full amount. Worst customer service ever!

I want to give a big shout out to Gary the manager he went above and beyond my expectations. I really want to thank him for everything. Staff is very friendly I asked for shampoo and towels and they did not hesitate to help. Overall a great experience.

I traveled in March, they don't have a refrigerator or coffee maker, the breakfast they say is simple cookies, so everything is clean and spacious.

This place was not clean and the service was lacking. It felt dark, dingy, and not secure (as anyone could enter from an unlocked side door). The real cherry on top was finding a roach in our room , the staff said they’d file a report and call me back but didn’t ask my room number or phone number lol. I’ll stick with Hyatt and Marriott thank you kindly ❤️. By the way the service is a 2 because the front desk was terrible but housekeeping was accommodating.

No fridge coffee maker or microwave in rooms! Even the worst motels have these sp very disappointing. The free "breakfast" consists of pastries that look so gross they got untouched. A caraf of coffee. No tea. Nothing else. We stayed here 3 nights as it was a more affordable hotel 30 min drive to universal studios.
That said the pool was good, the rooms were spacious especially the bath area. Staff very nice.
Would not stay again.

Place is a dump, sorry. The staff are wonderful but nothing else is a positive. Breakfast are only super strong coffee and stale pastries. Rooms are dark and dingy. Clean maybe but i cant look past everything else. Pool area and lobby are gross too. Cant believe the price is almost the same with holiday inn express. The place is just depressing. We almost walk out and say the hell with what we paid for.

Sufficient but nothing more. Room is clean and with space, but there is no boiler for coffee and no refrigerator. Instead of continental breakfast as specified in the booking, only small pastries and coffee were available at reception. Overall some maintenance is needed. Pool is nice

STUNK OF CIGARETTE *NO FREE parking * OLD AND DIRTY* UNSAFE* POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE* NO FREE BREAKFAST Smelled like cigarette smoke despite the many no smoking signs.
NO FREE parking. They'll charge you $12 a night for an unsecured parking space.
OLD AND DIRTY. Sheets were stained smelled of sweat. Carpet was stained and old. Bathroom was sloppy.
UNSAFE. Not a family friendly hotel, people had their doors open being loud speaking about and doing questionable activities. Parking lot was open and not monitored, not the safest streets.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, no crubs are not available despite them starting they do on booking cite. No there is no breakfast, they so have coffee and the smallest stale pastries you've ever had.

We got a room for 4 nights
Free breakfast is only pastries and coffee that are pretty sad
The site displays the breakfast as a buffet style breakfast
The pool was clean
The rooms were clean
The ac worked amazingly
The exterior needs a big face-lift
The common areas need a big face-lift as well
Paint and wall paper need updating
When we drove up I was expecting something along the lines of the motel 6 in reno
But once you're in the rooms, it's not bad
It's dated and seems to be struggling to stay afloat, but if it had an influx of money, it'd be nicer
The starbucks inside is permanently closed
The only ice is in the front lobby which they fill from the kitchen which was a full kitchen and I saw staff but it seemed only for catering events
Parking is plentiful
Airstrip is on the backside and was cool for my son to watch the jets
