I purchased a Lennox Package Unit System from AG (Now is AZ) Heating and Air Conditioning back in 2015 for approximately $10,000. The unit has 10-year Warranty on Compressor and all Parts. The Unit broke down in August 2022. They charged me a Service Call to tell me that the Condenser Coil has a leak and needed to be replaced. They advised me have the AC off till it gets fixed! They indicated that I will be charged half of almost the full cost ($5,500) since the parts are under warranty!! We are in October 2022 and still waiting for the parts!!! It will take them 3 Months just to get the parts! Considering the Heat Waves that we had within the past 3 month and living in the house with No AC, they should have been more effective in the services they offer to their clients. When a unit is under warranty and you can't honor and implement the warranty, then you should replace the unit to make it operational as a professional contractor and then you deal with your Manufacturer yourself for a Faulty Merchendise not your client!!They give all the empty promises when they are selling you the product.Make sure you consult with your legal advisor.Service: Install AC

This company is very poor for both new installations and repair. I had a brand new complete system installed in 2016 and the compressor went out. When I called about warranty they charged me $130 for a service visit to tell me the compressor was not under a workmanship warranty but they would “fight” for me to get the product warranty covered. I later called the manufacturer and learned the product was covered. They said at this point it would be $1100 for the labor if the warranty worked out. They called me a few days later and said they were able to convince the manufacturer that the product was covered. I should have had my con artist guard up but I was busy at work and accepted their over the phone quote of $1,097. They scheduled the work and got it all the way done and then changed the price to $2k. They are the worst type of “get you over a barrel” type of company I have worked with in probably 20 years.

These people are crooks, shame on you home depo for doing business with them! I had an apt through home depo and a sales guy showed up. They ended up selling us a new install for $20,500. After the install they never followed up for any of the cleanings. So I had someone come look at it. Turns out they sold me a 2 stage unit but because there isn't zoning in my area the took off the original motor and put a 1 stage after market on it, what crooks. That's actually stealing! Don't go with home depo or AG

We had a very good experience with AG Heating and Air Conditioning. Our Sales Manager Jermaine Kelly was excellent and everything he promised was fulfilled. He was johnny-on-the-spot with respect to answering questions and concerns throughout the project from beginning to end. The installers were reliable and worked quickly and efficiently. We passed all of the subsequent inspections without any problem and we also received several rebates, as promised. Those are the pros, and if I had any cons, I would write about them, however, we didn't have any. We can highly recommend them.

We used AG to install a new HVAC system about 5 years ago. A technician comes out twice a year to service it--Felipe Briseno came out last week and did a great job. He's thorough, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I'm happy to recommend him.

Don't trust Ashton. He is the most untrustworthy sales person there is. He is completely full of it. I'm not sure what the hell this company is doing but I'm guessing "Ashton" is there manager, sales, and technician. These guys take your money and don't want to fix their systems when they aren't working. I've been contacting them since day 1 that my AC system is not cooling my house properly and this has been like this since December 2019. I have a 10 year warranty on this system and not once have they come out to properly fix the problems. They come out to my house and make me look stupid sometimes telling me it's my filters or my air vents. They have completely stupid techs that don't know too much about their own systems. I called the company when the tech was at my house and before I called the tech said he is not the individual responsible for duct issues, but while I was on the call he completely changed his statement and said he cannot do anything until his boss tells him to. This is rediculus and I will talk to home-depot for allowing these guys to screw with people and their money.

Absolutely horrible company. Charged my family a small fortune for a Mitsubishi ac system. When it came time to fix WARRANTY parts, they tried to claim that I didn't service the system properly, which was a complete lie, and refused to fix it despite a 7 year warranty. Similar to other reviews, stay away from this company. You will regret every second if you don't. All they are in interested in is your money. They are unprofessional and very disrespectful. Go elsewhere.

We had ag replace the FAU and blower in our house, all the crews that came out were super cool And knowledgeable, they did a very clean job and the price was reasonable. I have recommended them to other family members and friends as I was not disappointed in any way of the service that I received.

AG was contracted by Home Depot to install our new HVAC system two years ago and that was fine. Now we had a problem and called them for a service call. Harry was the technician who came to my house. He is the most condescending, rude service "professional" I have ever dealt with. I do not appreciate being treated like an idiot simply because I am female. Harry was rude, and repeatedly lied to me. He was clearly trying to make as much money from my "covered under warranty" service call as he could, and did so by trying to scare me. He was verbally abusive and sarcastic. I am very disappointed that Home Depot is using this unprofessional, money-grubbing contractor to fulfill their sales. They will be hearing from me as well. Steer clear of AG, and shame on you, Harry.

Burton was scheduled to come to my rental property to check out my AC units that we had installed 6 months ago. Not only did he provide excellent service, he also went above and beyond to give me advice on an older AC unit that another company installed! He inspected it even though he didn’t have to and he explained how to clean it. He explained a lot about AC units and he gave me some advice and his opinion on what he thought could’ve been the problem, even though it had nothing to do with AC units. I am so thankful for his willingness to help!
