I took my boyfriend's car to get the suspension fixed as well as some bodywork. It took them about 5 months which was fine, I understand that for insurance work body shops don't just work on your car compared to when you're paying out of pocket. What bothered me was that within those 5 months that we waited, we got half assed work and had to pay about 1k out of pocket to fix the things that they should've fixed. I've been to multiple shops before and they're all about the same, they try to get the most that they can from the estimate and I honestly don't care, it doesn't make a difference with my insurance but if something actually needs to be replaced why would you not do it? The day my boyfriend went to pick up the car he noticed that the front wheel they were supposed to fix/replace was the same as when we dropped it off and when he mentioned it the guy he said he didn't know we wanted it fixed. I then messaged him about it and he said it was miscommunication cause he thought we had another set of wheels but I had only ever mentioned we would pick up the current wheels in the rear to replace before they finished the car since they were aftermarket. He said he could have someone fix it but the point was that it should've been replaced regardless if they thought we had another set or not and especially if it was there for that long and if it was included in the estimate. We also had them install a new lip and a new wing and they gave back the old wing super scratched like they left it laying around. Fast forward to a week after picking it up my boyfriend noticed the car was shaking at higher speeds, making weird noises and even going left whenever he stepped on it. We took it to my friend's shop and they found that they never double checked anything so the outer tie rod bolt was loose, front caster was damaged and the front wheel was bent.... They told us that they took it to their usual shop as well for alignment but both our friend and another alignment shop said if they did do it they would've noticed that. They also emphasized the fact that the car could've been totaled or that he was so lucky because in the case that the bolt came out, the car would've just went left into the wall. I let them know, they apologized and didn't take accountability for it, instead they said they didn't know how the alignment shop missed it. Another important thing overlooked. What if he did crash, then what? It felt like they were just trying to finish the car as fast as they could within the last two weeks or so cause they knew we were waiting and didn't really care as much. If they know you they'd probably do a better job but as for us it was shoddy work. I had to pay for an inspection, another alignment and ordered a new wheel and just had my insurance reimburse me but the car is still making a bunch of random noises. Overall I would not recommend coming here and I regret choosing this shop.

Highly recommend AA Autoworks took my Tahoe truck for a paint job and they did a amazing job I'm truly happy with there outstanding work the customer service is also friendly. I felt satisfied with there service I'm thrilled with the quality of paint I will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends and anyone reading this trust me you will walk out of there super happy and satisfied.

I took my car to get my hood, bumper, and front driver fender repainted and repaired. Took them 1 month to finish which was not a problem because they were waiting for parts to come in. Fast forward to pick up day, owner tells me "Car is washed and ready to go". (They should have noticed that there was some damage, right ? Or inspect the car before release? Nope!) After I noticed the damage, he said he would call his guys to fix it, update me, and hook it up. He didn't follow through with any of that. I had to keep reaching out to him. When he finally got back to me the owner then tells me "None of my guys can do it, maybe you should take it somewhere else". He also tells me "It's not really our fault, cars go in and out of the bay all the time". Instead of owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility, he tried to flip it on me. I decided to go in and pick up my car after multiple attempts of reaching out to him for a solution. His response, "I couldn't find anyone to do it. It requires a "special glue". If I was the one that damaged it, I would fix it. But again man, it wasn't my fault". I let him know that most likely the whole top would need to be replaced and it would cost around $1250. Asked him if we could work something out from the total I owed him. He said he could take $200 off, I countered to $500. I believe he knew it wasn't fixable. He owns a bodyshop. His reply "If that makes you happy man. I'm not making much money on the job I did for you. We were so busy and I did you favor that I took the car in for service." You probably think I'm making a big deal out of this. But I'm not a happy nor satisfied customer. All I could get from him was him repeatedly telling me it's NOT their fault. Him and his workers just acted like it was no big deal. "Why not just ride with the top down ? You don't like riding with the top down?" They constantly made me feel like it was my fault for entrusting them with with my car. Bottom line, no customer satisfaction, no accountability.

I gotta say shout out to Kenny and everyone at AA auto work for Upgrading my air suspension! Everyone here is dope Fast working forsure. This is the best shop to come to hands down! For air suspension and Other too etc. Give them a call!

I brought in my Honda Accord for a coilover install. They did an excellent job, saved my old parts, and gave me a reasonable price. Karl, the shop owner/mgr, is also friendly and gave advice on the after install maintenance. I would definitely be back for future needs and recommend their services.

Karl Was amazing from the beginning to end. I had a collision damage on my vehicle and he quoted me a great price and fast turn around, also doing some customization ( chrome delete/ Powder coating rims ) to it as well . Overall I'm very happy that I choose to do business at this Shop and I will be returning for my future needs .

Hi had my car wrapped at this location, and I would say the job that they did was OK but it was the business part that really bothered me. I would not recommend doing business with these people because they are not upfront and honest. They actually stole my thousand dollar deductible check claiming that I had an outstanding balance when all the bills that I have, PAID IN FULL. AA Auto will screw you out of money count on it sincerely Lance PS there's a reason why they have that gate locked all the time I'm sure it's because they have other past customers who would like to get in there and do damage in that location I promise you that!!!!
