Hire at your own risk ! Extremely unprofessional and callous and the movers stole a bunch of our furniture !!!But here is the more detailed run down of our experience with them. We booked AOC more than two months before our move and when I called 3 days prior to our move to confirm, I was unable to reach anyone on the phone and left a VM that was never returned. When no one showed up at the scheduled time on the day of our move, I called them again only to find out that they had a mix up and the team that had been scheduled to handle our move would not be able to make it. Given that we were moving coast to coast and our moving company ABF fright had already been scheduled to pick up the trailer by the next morning, I let them have a piece of my mind. Under fire and having realized that they'd messed up they sent a completely untrained set of hands to handle our move. The leader of the pack was drunk and started arguing with me when he started throwing expensive pieces of furniture pieces around and knocking them around ! He threatened to leave when I confronted him until a more sober guy showed up ( a chef who moonlights as a mover) and had it not been for the second guy, we would have had a disaster on our hands. Half of the articles weren't packed properly and this one guy in particular broke one of our heirloom quality mahogany wood chairs worth more than $3000 ! HE ALSO STOLE one of our Dyson Aircool fans worth $500 !!!ALL IN ALL AN EXTREMELY UNSCRUPULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING SERVICE ! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!

I've used them twice now. Both times they were on time, quick and gave us a good/fair price. The firs time the carefully maneuvered around our furniture to remove a sectional and the second time they removed a ton of junk we placed in our driveway and did a great job cleaning up. Also very courteous!

I had to have boxes removed after a move-in. After getting quotes from junk removers from Yelp and Craigslist with images, I was happy to find AOC, most reasonably priced. Armando was awesome. He didn't ask me to review. I just did it because it was not easy to have services like AOC. I hope AOC will remain reasonable in terms of pricing. If they do, they will get lots of businesses for sure.

Thank you for the help!!! I called in for a last-minute move, my formal moving company I had booked in advance cancelled on me the day of the move. I googled for a moving company near my location and found AOC MOVING. they were able to move me that same day PABLO AND MARTIN thank you for being so great during the move....

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! SCAM!!!!At first they came and tried to upsale me for another guys they bring witch I’ve never asked for. Then they wanted to charge me for drive and double drive (right when they left i called another company with 5 stars they said they charge per hour without any drives fee). Armando the manger was not nice when we was asking for fair like we agreed. He keep saying he sent email we never for one. Button line they want to take your extra extra money and if you don’t want to pay they will leave you stuck at your moving day!

I am very impressed with the quick professional service received by ABC junk removal. I was quoted a reasonable affordable price in five minutes and they arrived to remove our items in an hour. No mess, no hassle, very professional!!! Thank you Armando

Never ever use this moving company. First, our move was scheduled for 8:30 am. At 9:20 am almost an hour later, we called and Bryan said their truck was “not working” and were coming at 11 instead. Obviously they forgot about our move or else they would have called us to let us know at the original time of move. Second, they came late around 11:15 am when we had called at 10:40 to confirm they were coming at 11 and Bryan said “the movers are very close”. When the movers came, they showed attitude, changed the prices, and said they could not complete certain actions that were agreed upon in the contract without charging extra. Even after we told them it’s included in the contract and showed it, they said they would talk to their boss. Less than 10 minutes later, they said their boss cancelled, and they just left. They were rude from the start to end. We called several times after to no response. They did not give the cancellation fee to us, and now we are stuck in a near empty house with packed boxes and bags. Horrible and unprofessional customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy.

This is the worst moving company I had experience with. Not only they came 2 hours late, but they wanted to charge us additional fees for the tape securing the blankets, when it was clearly included in the agreement they sent us. Then they cancelled the move and my whole house is now uprooted. On the top of that Brian who I spoke to did not apologize and said that they are not going to reimburse me for the inconvenience when their agreement clearly stated $120 cancellation fees. Very bad customer service.

They canceled on me 4 days before my move and tried to get me to change my day to Mon or Tues which would result in me having to take time off work.I had used them 3 times prior and never had an issue until now. I can no longer recommend them since I've had to scramble to find another mover at the last minute.

Had a great experience with Armando. Reasonable price (among the best of the bids we received) and while he had to come later than we had agreed, he was very apologetic and came right on time for our rescheduled appointment. Would definitely use him again.

Armando and the AOC team are fantastic. I called him up, he was very responsive, gave me a very reasonable quote for removing a couple of very heavy items from the second story of my parent's house, showed up fully prepared, and executed the job with efficiency and professionalism.
