I just became a new patient/customer of 986 PHARMACY in Van Nuys per my doctor’s recommendation. I was treated with kindness, dignity and impeccable professionalism! Daisy is only one of 986 Pharmacy’s amazing team. She went above and beyond in every way that matters. Daisy helped sort out the immediate transfer of multiple medications from my team of doctors & surgeons,@ UCLA Santa Monica & Westwood. 986 Pharmacy in Van Nuys and their pharmacological team is the definition of absolute excellence! Thx for becoming my new pharmacy. To know that I’ll never have to deal with Walgreens, CVS pharmacy and/or any other incompetent Pharmacy ever again has literally lowered my blood pressure! Five issues. Two were that they, on back-to-back days, didn't do what they said they were going to do. So yes, this pharmacy is unreliable.

The American healthcare system is poor at best. When my regular CVS pharmacy didn't have a prescribed medication because it was on back order, they didn't offer any alternative, or guidance on where to find it (?). So, I searched pharmacies on yelp and called down the list of top rated to ask if they had it in stock. Was told over the phone that they could fill the prescription within the hour here so headed over. Area is not great, but it's around the corner from a great hospital where I got my first covid vaccines so street parking is possible. Once I checked in, they told me it was a 20 minute wait. No problem processing my insurance. Surprisingly, there's also a yelp check in offer! Not only did I leave with my prescription filled fairly quickly, but also with a tote, pen, and calendar. Unexpected freebies were a great finale to an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you, 986!

They gave me the wrong dosage of meds. 6.8x the amount. I vomited for 17hrs & ended up in the hospital. They will be hearing from me or my attorney.

The best pharmacy in the valley!!! The staff are the best!!! They call you & follow up once they received the order from the doctors & schedule to be deliver the sameday. The delivery people are very good as well, they call you prior delivering our medications & made sure someone is home. So convenient for my family. They have the best customer service & very respectful. I would like to thank everyone for the good service you provided to our community. Most especially to Lyn, she follow thru with our doctors for refills for me and my mom, she is the kindest & helpful pharmacy tech we ever met. This pharmacy may be small but I assure you they treat their clients well with so much respect & dedication to serve. This pharmacy is way better than those huge pharmacy out there I switched my family pharmacy from CVS to 986 Pharmacy. Thank you so much 986 Pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone!!!
