Staff was rude. Coffee was warm & watered down. As has been the case all summer, there is no sugar free slurpee.

CLERKS ARE THEIFS! WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS!! They steal money here ! They have stolen from my friends my boyfriend and I. When they charge you and the machine asks if you want "cash back" the clerk urges you to go and not finish pressing NO! don't walk away press NO they will input an amount once you've walked away without selecting yes or no !!! AND they try and charge you twice for ONE item!!!

Clean, but no stock at all in the perishable goods. Burritos. Cheese sticks. Etc. If you wanted an egg salad or a taco they had you covered but that's about it

I don't usually rate convenient stores, but I even had to call corporate office in regards to the customer service I received here today. And judging by other reviews or just the first one I even noticed, I can tell there's definitely an issue with the manager and the employees here. Today, I walked in and watch the skinny employee with NO MASK hanging under his chin moving the coffee machines. Then the chubbier employee who I'm assuming is the manager (he was talking crap to all customers so I can't imagine he was an employee), handed me the big gulp cups with NO GLOVES. Only reason I wanted to get a big gulp was because of the $.49 promotion that was written all over the place. I didn't notice the fine print about the app or being a member. Which I believe this is complete false advertising because you can't see those fine prints until you're up close or already at this crappy establishment. The manager decided to torture me and make me download an app which I couldn't because they have the worst Wi-Fi signal here so risking my life during the pandemic, I'm at the stupid 7-Eleven for an hour trying to download an app because I refuse to pay full price while watching this manager abuse every single customer that walked in. A black girl walked in in her workout outfit asking if they sell ice and this thing called the manager says, "We don't have FREE ice, I still have to charge for the cup." To which she responded, "I never asked for free ice." This guy was unbelievable the whole time I was trying to download the app he was talking crap to me about how "nothing is free" And purposely not giving me the discount when he could've just plugged in my number into his little system. Since there was no Wi-Fi I had to walk outside and I finally called the corporate office because I was so LIVID!!! then this chubby manager decides to bang on the glass for me to come inside. Then he says he'll only give me a discount if I pay CASH & made me enter my information on the keypad. I cannot wait till corporate calls me back so I can rip them another you know what. This place got looted, I would not feel bad AT ALL. 7-Eleven Corporate CALL ME ASAP!!! Opened case with your customer service!

The employees that work here no matter what sister incredibly rude and ignorant towards every customer. I have experienced this type of behavior every time I have been to the 7/11 which has been over 20 times. From the two ladies that work in the morning to the incredibly rude men that work at night to any other employee, they are all equally rude disrespectful and horrible to deal with that I will never go to the 7-Eleven again worst experience ever

So I came into the 7-Eleven happy to get my hot chocolate, I met this man at the coffee spot really humble very nice he was African-American, which race doesn't matter in my eyes but the worker of the 7-Eleven thought otherwise. The man approached the 7-Eleven counter with his cup of coffee, not realizing he's not allowed to buy a cup coffee with EBT. The worker started yelling at him about the coffee and not being able to purchase the cup of coffee, so the kind gentleman asked him where would you like me to put it because he couldn't pay and the worker started screaming at him. So the customer was walking out the door and the worker says "you're healthy why are you using ebt"Then the customer told him "do we have a problem?" and the employee said you're not allowed to come back in the 7-Eleven if he sees him there will be a problem. I sincerely think it was not about EBT it was about him being black. I will never go back to the 7-Eleven... if anybody from corporate is looking at this, I would check the cameras from 10-11am on 12/09/19.

If I could rate it lower I would. The staff of this store have a problem dealing with people of color. I am a 70 year old, retired, multible 7-Eleven franchisee who went in for a Big Gulp. The clerk said to me, because I did not know the price, "that's what's wrong with YOU PEOPLE, you should learn to read". The conversation with south after that. She stated "you people want everything for free" The store was full of spanish speaking people and they just shook their heads. A couple of them said she always speaks to them like that. I reported it to their coporate office and hopefully I will get a response. The buzz words she used, "you people", "I'm video taping this", "I will call the police" or obvious bias beliefes that will get someone hurt very quickly.
