On Google maps it says it's open 24 hours.... but the doors were locked and the employee just ignored me

They never have anything in stock and always closed late hours. Is it because of the homeless?? Put dogs outside so homeless leave the area that's my suggestion

This new night crew closes from 1 to 4 am. Even tho they are supposed to be open 24 hours
