I have been overcharged here before and the last time I went I was not able to put in my phone number for points because the employee that was helping me put in his phone number so he can get the points. Won’t come here ever again.

They keep trying to double or triple charge for one item (bought 1 drink & was charged for 3). Be careful purchasing at the store and they also don't give back the complete change.

I would give this store 0 stars, they never give back the cents.But if you are out of a cent they not going to sell you something, but they like to steal. How cool for them ? "they lady always offer cookies and said is free, but is a lie she charge you anyway" always count your change.

Toilet paper is $3.99. They charged me $5.99. When I brought it to the clerk’s attention, he tried to say it was bath tissue that’s why it’s higher (even though the price on the shelf said $3.99). I showed him the label where it said $3.99 bath tissue 4 count. He said it was plus taxes (trying to imply $3.99 plus tax is $5.99 but he charged tax on the $5.99). He also tried to imply that $3.99 was for the single rolls which were $1.59. He charged me $2 more than what it said on the shelf but only gave me a dollar back. I made him give me a full refund and I bought the toilet paper somewhere else.

Tried using coupons for smokes.I was told 711 franchise policy is they don't accept them company wide.Yet had no problem using them around the corner at the other 711.There cheap and overpriced and rude.

Ok yesterday this girl really gave me the shittest pizza and I did not wanna waste more so bought 2 taquitos but I am like thinking this fucken Indian lady want to start my morning by passing me the crustiest nastiest pizza slice I've seen like don't come here for food employ's who are rude and don't give a f*** what u ask for even as polite they have set of eye balls and they feed people there garbage dry food not to mention 3 months ago I had purchased a slurped from this same 711 and it gave me food poisoning like wtf I threw up and had a headache , I would not recommend this store to anybody do not come here
