My whole experience here was nothing but exceptional. Starting with a phone call to scheduling an appointment, then dropping off my vehicle and then getting it back same day with lift kit and a new steering component put on. The staff was genuine and honest. The cost was reasonable considering the competitors in Los Angeles County.
I would highly recommend this place for your installation needs and aftermarket parts.

my regular mechanic told me I needed $2000 of front end suspension work done. I took it to 4wheelparts for a second opinion. They fix the problem for $100. They’re very professional and honest thank you 4wheelparts.

I give a 5 stars to FWP because they're honest guys and careful with my truck. They did a six in lift with wheels and tire on my 21 tundra. James was the one who helped me get everything done. I'm very happy that I met him and the rest of the guys in FWP. Thank you guys once again.

Great experience from start to finish. I interacted with at least 5 different employees and all of them were friendly and patient. They helped me figure out what I needed and were never condescending. Swapped out all 5 tires+wheels and was in and out in about 3 hours. Definitely will come back here for future needs!

Edit- This location of 4 wheel parts is now a new favorite place. Within an hour of my negative review they reached out by phone and email in order to make it right. And in all fairness, I never gave them a chance to fix it before my review. Everybody makes mistakes, it's how the situation is handled afterwards that matters. I live near Temecula so when I had an issue I went to that store.
The Temecula store is garbage, they don't give a ish about the people that come in their store. They wasted my time, they let me leave the store with problems and lied to me to get me to move on.
Van Nuys store is something you don't see anymore, they take care of business and when they do what everybody does, makes a mistake, they owned it and fixed it.

recently visited a service center to enhance
the front-end components of my vehicle. They recommended and installed a Kryptonite ultimate front-end package. The installation process took an additional day and a half, resulting in rental car expenses during that period. Upon collecting my vehicle, I was assured that the installation was successful. However, approximately a month later, I encountered a concerning issue. A loud popping noise began to occur when turning the steering wheel beyond 80 percent in either direction.
I called them and they ensured me that the style of joints they had... because they were performance parts, could sometimes make noise like that. So, not knowing much about it or having the correct tools to mess with steering and suspension... I continued driving it every day and after a few more months, the noises were louder and happening more, and my tires started looking bad.
I scheduled an appointment at the 4 Wheel Parts establishment in Temecula after a two-week wait. The purpose of this visit was to have their team inspect their previous work and perform a vehicle alignment. I arrived promptly in the morning and left my vehicle with them for the entire day. Upon receiving a notification to collect my vehicle, I was informed that everything appeared to be in order and that I only needed to rotate my tires. The service representative reiterated the notion that performance parts can occasionally generate noise, and regrettably, an alignment was not conducted that day. Consequently, I returned the following day to have the alignment completed, i performed the tire rotation.
Over time, the concerning noises have unfortunately intensified. As a result, I have been contemplating alternative causes for this issue.
Upon further inspection at another repair facility, it was determined that the noise was not originating from the CV axle, despite the presence of slight play. Instead, the source of the noise was identified as the Pitman arm, while the squeaking sound was attributed to over-tightening and subsequent wear of the upper control arm bushings
Additionally, I was informed that the ball joints and connections of the Kryptonite package I purchased did not require greasing. However, upon further inspection, it came to my attention that these components do, in fact, have Zerk fittings and should have been lubricated accordingly. As a result of this oversight, the Pitman arm and upper control arm bushings have sustained damage. Additionally, the lack of lubrication in the ball joints and connection points over an extended period of time has likely caused significant wear to the entire front-end assembly. Considering the substantial investment I made for the installation of these components, I am deeply concerned about the lack of expertise demonstrated by the technicians at both stores. I will be contacting the Temecula store today in the hopes of resolving this matter promptly and satisfactorily. Should they rectify the situation, I will gladly revise my assessment of both stores. Otherwise, I will be compelled to seek alternative solutions.
