The worst experience I've had at any UPS. Just like with storage facilities they expect you to hang in there with them either that or change your address every other month. Have you paying three times what you signed up for within the first year. If you have an issue and you want to call him the normal procedure is to put you on hold for a half hour and then immediately h Ang up. for 3 months I complained because the main lock that locked all 25 boxes stayed unlocked and would not lock even after I complained five times that the main door is not locking they didn't listen until 3 months down the road and finally resolved it; in the meantime for 3 months anyone was free to steal mail from 25 of these boxes as it's right next to the front door and out of their sight. These people have no time for you it's in a very high traffic area and it's a very small post office good luck.

Though this location is busy the staff is always friendly they never seem over whelmed. They get you in and out as fast as they can .

The person who helped me was extremely rude because I didn’t get the clothes that I was returning out of my bag fast enough. It took me a few seconds to get the label from the Amazon app. It wasn’t a long time at all. He was rushing me and treated me very poorly. I felt that he was using me as a punching bag for his own frustrations. No one should ever be treated this way.

The best UPS store ever! I’ve been a customer at this location for 20 years . The manager there is outstanding! He goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are satisfied. He’s an amazing hard worker, and a very kind man as well. All those that work there, every person is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just can’t say enough good things about this store.

Usually, I am a very patient and understanding patron as a former worker in the customer service sector, but this must be addressed...I've had numerous episodes at this location receiving poor customer service and experiencing clear demonstrations of incompetence and disorganization.For the amount of traffic this store encounters, it is too small to properly handle all the parcels it receives. They are literally looking for a parcel of mine as I type this; asking me to call them back this afternoon to follow up and help them do their job. Whatever organizational systems they have in place do not work. There are packages stacked up everywhere giving any customer with eyes little reason to believe they're running an efficient business.I try my best not use UPS for this reason because this store proves itself time and time again unreliable. This option is supposed to provide a safer way to pick up packages because of the lack of security at my residence. Sadly, this is a pitiful alternative.I wouldn't recommend anyone use this location especially when it comes to anything of value. BE WARNED!

Wish the staff here , would check themselfs when dealing with customers , I asked if I can print something out they said "printer doesn't work " . I said is there anything else I can do because I walked here , the skinny black haired girl says " go somewhere else " ..... oh really never thought of that .
