I love this laundromat! The owners are very friendly and kind. I've used both the laundromat and the fluff and fold services. I don't know how I can go back to doing my own laundry when the fluff and fold service is so outstanding! And they have always had it ready for me the next day! I also have pleasant interactions with the staff every time I go in there! So happy to continue to give them my business!

If you don't have a house and a washing machine, this is an excellent place to do your laundry in Valley Village. Janet was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the chocolates. Will be visiting it again.

Tried this place out for my first time and was a bit underwhelmed and unimpressed. To begin, the fluff and fold posted hours were not accurate. Or, the employees were not on time and reliable. There was no one at that station until more than an hour after posted hours. When somebody did finally arrive, it seemed as if all they cared about were the fluff and fold customers and didn't seem to care about the people using the coin operated machines. A few minutes after I loaded my items into washers, to gentleman walked in and seemed to be regulars. They were complaining that the time on the machines they were using was off... Not by a minute... But by 7-8 minutes. The machines internal timer was slow and added that much time to each cycle. Not cool. Because I had never been to this place, I wasn't accustomed to their machines, and no employees were around to help, I did not realize that they charge depending on how hot and thorough you want the wash to be. So the advertised price on the machine is for the lightest/coldest cycle, whereas if you want hot water(the only reason I was there was to wash linens), it's about a full dollar more than the advertised price. The establishment itself is smaller than other places so not many carts to use and not much folding space. Cleanliness was about a 3.5/5. I have been to much more welcoming, cleaner, and efficient laundromats so I will not be returning here. Also to note, the parking lot is one of the worst I have ever been in... In my life....off of a paved road. The potholes here can destroy tires/wheels. Washer beware.

I love this place, the owner(super nice, cool lady),is very attentive and always is there to help you on everything you will need. The place is clean and comfortable.!!!!!!

I have not been to this laundromat in years because of the traffic of people around the neighborhood. But I was pleasantly surprised, when due to an issue with my washing machine, I chose to bring four loads of items to The Wash House. There were plenty of machines available on a Friday afternoon and the entire wash house looked very clean. They have also added a drop-off service with a very kind and personable attendant. She seemed like she was willing to help anyone if needed, but was busy at work while also holding pleasant conversations with all customers. The coin machines worked well and the prices were reasonable. It's nice to know that I have the neighborhood laundromat to provide a necessary service in a professional and friendly manner. FYI: My four loads were loaded into two larger machines ($4.25 each--I used my own dryer). I was in and out in no time.

I've been using their fluff n fold service recently and have nothing but good things to say. Super reliable, quick & efficient service and Janet rocks. Great customer service with a smile. My go to especially in a jam She went well above and behind on her day off. Thank you Janet!

Angie at the wash house is the absolute sweetest. She's helped me out twice now SUPER short notice, and have had my clothes washed and folded for me to pickup within a three/ four hour window. They've literally saved my life with their help. Will be a repeat customer for as long as I'm in the area. THANK YOU ANGIE!!!

Make sure they have quarters before you unload your laundry from the car. Change machine out of quarters! Really?

I just moved into the area so I was really hoping I could find a laundromat that I'd like and could consistently use. This one's about four minutes away from and I was excited to try it out this morning, and although the opened on time unlike the one closer to me, they are still pretty bad. The atm machine didn't work on any of my cards which is fine I went to the nearby Bank of America and came back with several bills, then I find out their coin dispenser didn't work on any 10 or 20 I put in. That, alongside the fact that their machines are small made this a very irritating morning.

They passed the vibe check This petite laundry mat is in a great location especially if you shop ethnic grocery stores! Their space is clean, their equipment in working condition, and the owners / staff are attentive and dependable! It was one of those days where a machine broke down on me, I didn't even get a chance to ask for help, as one of the owners noticed and stepped in to support! They went above and beyond in this test of character so this place gets 6 stars! Just don't come in to this hidden little wash spot all at once because I like the washing machine availability ;)

Rip off!!! Don't come here, prices go up and time in wash down . We wasted 6.75 on the biggest machine and only 20 min. Regular same machine at my apartment is 1.50 and it's 25min. here2.75 time 20min BS. Never again lesson learned don't come and I'll drive to my favorite wash place where I can use my debit card.
