If your Apartment hunting you probably would want to pass this one up!. The building is very old..although they dressed up on the outside to fool people that it's up to date. The plumbing is absolute the worst!...they cut it off once to twice every month for leaks and repairs. The walls are paper thin..and the neighborhood is trashy!. Good luck in your search..but this one ain't it!.

Love living here so far! It’s safe, close to major highways, and everyone living here is so friendly and welcoming! Timea has always been so helpful with everything! Also love the amenities and space that the place offers! Would highly recommend!

This was my first place I moved to when I moved to LA and I couldn't have been happier. Timea in the office was extremely helpful from day 1. The place is great to live. Good people, good atmosphere, and very clean. Maintenance is great if there are any problems in your apartment, and very speedy. The pool is nice and there are plenty of chairs to sit and relax in the sun. The gym (Treadmill, bike, elliptical) is great for a quick workout. Laundry is super clean, and there were always enough machines open for use. The parking garage is well lit, and I never felt unsafe. Overall I'd highly recommend living here. Helpful staff, friendly faces, and a place that feels like home.

During the year and four months living in this building, three drug dealers moved in, and three people DIED! TWO were of DRUG OVERDOSES, one a young mother, another was a BABY BURNED TO DEATH on a stove by a father who did heroin and FORGOT the child was next to an open flame due to the stove being a gas grill, caught the blanket on fire, they couldn't get the baby off the stove had to remove the entire stove.NICE PLACE - if your dying or near death and need drugs. The gym is located next to a unit with three elderly people, and a son that is terminally ill from lupes, so exercising at ANYTIME of the day or night is a disturbance to the residents who do not work. Most of the tenants, and especially the manager, were really nice, affluent working professionals, so appears really nice quaint and safe. For the first three months was great, but the market crashed, the manager started renting out to the "wrong crowd"- to include a mother who shoots up heroin or diladids, then allows her 4 year old daughter to run around the common areas while she is passed out. They will knock on your door asking for food, or money to buy food for the daughter, which is then used to buy drugs. Since it takes a village, literally someone else better help raise her, cause mom is busy on drugs and...well drugs.DO NOT move in here if you are a family, or a nice hard working couple, if you need 24 hr access to any drugs but preferably weed and heroin - you have found home.
