Money grabbing operation, talk about your health issues and all they care about is your insurance or how you are paying... Wanting to verify your insurance before even hearing about your issues or answering basic questions about an appointment.

I had a very specific skin issue that I needed urgent care for. I probably ended up calling ten other places only to hear they couldn’t help me, I’m glad I made one more call here. I explained my situation to them & they said they could help me right away. I drove over & was seen immediately. Dr. Cho & her team are very organized, detailed & professional. I even got a follow up call 2 days later by Rachel to check up on me & see how I was doing.
I’ve never had that from any urgent care I’ve been to before.
I’d definitely recommend here to anyone.

I had terrible pain in my ear and needed immediate help, so I chose this Studio City Urgent Care because it was close-by. The staff were all friendly, the check-in process was seamless, and I had a short wait. During my appointment, I met with Dr. Cho and she addressed all of my symptoms, concerns, and reassured me that my ear would heal in no-time . I was able to pick-up medication at my pharmacy of choice and my infection cleared up within days. It's great to know that this place has a caring doctor I can depend on. I'd definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs help.

Went to Studio City Urgent Care after getting bit by a dog. Dr. Cho made sure I received the proper care by ordering tests and I received the correct antibiotics for my wounds. The next day, I received a call from the offices letting me know the results of my tests and additional rounds of antibiotics were administered along with a prescription. Thankfully they were available when I was injured and I was able to get in quickly. I will definitely go back for other services.

Dr. Cho and her staff are so warm and welcoming. I see her regularly for Botox and couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

They offered me very good service, from the Front desk to the Doctor, they were friendly and efficient. Most importantly, the medications help me get better.

My 14 year old daughter had nail that was coming off so we went to this urgent care. The PA not only ripped off the nail, she ripped off while giggling about it. After she was done she put this tiny band aid on there that didn’t even fit the area and then mentioned that she could have number her after the fact

I came in to get some tests run. They lost the results and are still demanding payment. Still, if you ever just feel like peeing in a cup and getting your blood drawn go on down - although I can recommend several better locations.

I have been going here for probably two years. My most recent visit was from my husband and I Monday, June 3 were both coughing and didn’t feel very good. The nurse practitioner her route exam nasal panels to see if we have Covid or any other viruses we were given medication. Unfortunately, on Wednesday the fourth I called because I was having very bad pain in my back near my shoulder blade her immediately ordered a chest x-ray. I got an appointment on Thursday morning had the x-ray and within an hour he called me with the results that had a slight case of pneumonia, the original panels showed that we did not have Covid but we had the flu for lack of anything else. He told me to complete the antibiotics and a week or two he will put a request for another chest x-ray it’s been four days since we’ve originally seen him his office has called twice to see how we are doing , it is a pleasure going there because I get no respect from that from my primary MD who I did try and reach out to West. He would call me but never did and then they finally did call. They said I had to come into the office so I will probably continue urgent care as my primary doctor , thank you for being there for us to Harut, Nicole to Heidi to everyone else there thank you thank you thank you

I brought my mom in yesterday (she has dementia) and Heidi couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. She knew exactly how to talk to her and went above-and-beyond to help us. There aren't many people like her and we will always remember how gracious she was to us.

Dr. Cho is so sweet and thorough. I didn’t have to wait long and he answered all my questions and gave me detailed instructions when explaining my prescriptions. I’m traveling and so happy I didn’t wait a week til I got home and went to my doctor.

There is a long story here of not being treated properly. The first time I came in with a very severe sinus infection, and was told to wait to be put on antibiotics even though I clearly had one, tonsils w/white dots, mucus brown/green, etc (this was not a case of not wanting to over prescribe antibiotics to me, which if it was I’d absolutely respect… i was absolutely obviously sick with symptoms requiring them, otherwise I’d maybe go with it… so then I was told to come back a week later, if it hadn’t change, so I did… and I was way worse… as to be expected… Then I was only put on a 10 day cycle which wasn’t long enough for how severe my infection was at that point…. so then a few weeks went by and I was barely better then I got super sick again because the infection came back (because it was not properly or promptly treated for in the first place)
So now, my 3rd time… I’m back in 2 months for the same infection… I told them, it’s even in my notes from the nurse beginning of my now 3RD OFFICE VISIT to NOT put me on the same antibiotics because I was just put on that one last time and it didn’t work… I was also trying to avoid building up an immunity to those antibiotics as well. I don’t know what is going on over there, but even if they felt like I needed to be on those antibiotics again talk to me and explain why that is. Don’t ignore your patience clear note/request or concern because they’ve been sick for almost 2 months and haven’t gotten help from you… and then prescribe it to me without explanation…
But of course, in order to even do that they would have to read your notes from the nurse that was in there taking them prior to them walking in the door 10 minutes ago. It’s like no one is even home… It just shows that nobody is actually reading anything, looking over all of the patient symptoms, history, and that there’s just not any real care happening at all. We are really just cattle to them at that point. I’ve literally never written a review like this in my life, but feel it necessary for the care and purpose to help others. Maybe they’ll start seeing some of the reviews and taking the care of humans a bit more seriously… it breaks my heart. I will never go back and I suggest that no one else does until they start caring... That all being said, the front desk staff is very lovely and has great customer service. This isn’t about them. and it’s honestly not about the demeanor of the physicians either they’re all lovely people, but I just truly believe from the deepest part of my heart that some of the physicians simply need to care more about their clients. We shouldn’t just be a number in line to you… if that’s the case then why did you become a physician in the first place?…And if this will continue to stay this way maybe remove Urgent-CARE from the name until some humanity is found in this again. I don’t believe that any of the physicians here are lacking skill or are incapable of caring for people… I just think that they’re numbed out from caring for people… and that they need to find somewhere in there hearts to turn that light back on, to try again… We come to you because we feel safe to be cared for and we have no where else to go to. That is a big responsibility to take on, so please show up with your hearts open when you’re caring for people or don’t step into those big shoes in the first place.
