“My favorite store in LA. The owner / managers, Eugene & Jeff, are incredibly patient and attentive to your specific tennis gear needs. (And I am the most particular about my racquets and strings, so that is saying something). Simply great guys. Something as routine as buying tennis balls becomes fun when the Sweet Spot guys ask how you’ve been, and maybe you even run into a friend (or foe) from the courts.They also seem to employ a lot of young people from the area, which I really respect as someone who grew up in Burbank. Not only a great tennis shop, but a great local business that cultivates a positive culture.”
“New player here. I drove 30 miles to The Pickleball Exchange because they offer what no other business does. They allow you to demo every single paddle that they sell in store. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to buy my first paddle and wasn't forced to make a blind purchase like most who shop on Amazon. “The customer service here is awesome. I am a coach for a High School Tennis Team. There was a ball machine in our shed that had not been used in years. The oscillator was malfunctioning. I found out where it was from, took it here for maintenance. The problem was minor and they charged me practically nothing to get it going again. About 3 months later it stopped working. I took it back and they replaced the motor at no charge because the maintenance was under warranty. The customer service this company has is phenomenal and just unheard of in these times. If you buy a machine from them, they will take care of you”

Went in bc someone tried to steal my rear wheel and just left me without an axel so I needed a replacement and wanted a tune up to my commuter.They offer a drive chain cleaning and my gear looks freakin brand new! ✨ like my cam is over a year old with hella mileage and it looks brand new.They were honest when I asked if I needed to replace any parts/wheels and they didn’t upsell me on anything I didn’t need.They communicated when doing the service with quick response times to texts messages.Couldn’t be more stoked they’re my local shop.I’ve been to 3 other spots in the general vicinity (I won’t name) and none of them were as kind and cool as The Zoo Cycle crew.Thanks ya’ll”

Two absolute class guys who took time out to coach him and offer him top advice. “I have decided to take a new spin on my life and bought an Xpole Stage. Hehe. To be honest, I've only take 1 beginners pole class in my entire life HA. My new goals for next year and the many more years to come is to primarily regain my flexibility as I used to be physically active in high school when i was in cheerleading, dance, and consistently going to an open gym in my area to tumble. To start off, months ago, I learned about Xpole from a local Instagram influencer who I personally messaged and asked her a few questions about the pole and the quality. I thought to myself that I'm going to invest in and starting learning new things, like pole! Black Friday weekend was my chance and generally the poles that come with stages are not cheap. There is a flat rate shipping fee that Xpole is partnered with through USPS & FedEx. I also did an estimate online for the weight description of the stages and I believe that their partnership with these two shipping companies are better quotes than to have a family member pick it up at the store and then ship it to my location which is in Hawai'i. First, there was some issues along the way as I would first and most importantly (if you are committed to purchasing anything from Xpole) that you create an account with them. This will be helpful so that you can track your packages! However, thanks to Carolina Stone, Heydi Hernandez, and Roxanne Harvey, all of these women have made their communications with me through emails, phone calls, and even voicemails so that I can track my invoices and packages. The stage itself (i got the NST04) is 229 lbs. all together with the pole, they arrived within 15 days since my purchase in 4 separate packages. The packages might've been slightly tossed around (i don't blame anyone, they're freaking heavy packages) but when i started to unpack the items, all items were neat and secured. Each package included a bag so that you can carry the items all together. The bag for the base of the stage include wheels which you can install later on. It's also better to YouTube the installations as the manuals might be a little confusing but the YouTube video installation works especially if you're a visual person. The B-frame was too long for my ceilings. I know, my fault on not double checking the height from the floor to the ceiling. Anyways, i contacted all 3 ladies and the same day they left me a VM and recommended me to get a 1000 mm shorter extension. It came within 3 days, a day before 12/25! It fit perfectly & especially when assembling the B-frame into the A-frame. I was super stoked and I'm looking forward to learning more skills and tricks!”
“Let me tell you, Matt is awesome! I called the shop earlier this week to see if he had WML I was looking for. Not only did he tell me he had it, he said he'll give me a discount because he was selling a similar light for a cheaper price. And get this, I told him I couldn't come in to the shop til Friday, would he still honor the price? - HE DEFINITELY DID! On top of that, he installed it for me! That type of service these days are really nonexistent. I'm definitely coming back here to pick up more equipments and accessories! Definitely got a new loyal customer here!”

“Aesthetic, store looks great, very well kept. Employees are very helpful, they know their products very well and are able to give well informed recommendations. I bought super rare boots SE, they have the sizes I needed. Best option for people with wide feet very comfortable round after round of boxing training and they look awesome I ended up getting two pairs same day WORTH IT. Definitely a very good investment in your training. Imagine not needing to go a size up. No breaking in needed. Probably the best part is the PRICE. It so extremely fair. I kept recommending it to people at the boxing gym I go to. Product delivered on its promises when seen on ads and going to their website.”

They took the time to fit the golf clubs to me like a high end fitting Company. I was really impressed and would recommend the North Hollywood store to anyone interested in buying golf clubs.
