“Luis was so professional with the service. He even called to confirm that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. By not saying this other place Jackie services u-haul dealer made us run around 3 hours looking for a truck. But the person made it possible was from the brach of victory and lankershim!! She was so nice God Bless her and also Luis was awesome!! Out in 10 minutes with the rental.”

“Evgeniy and Dimitri helped me with my move today and they were great! They worked nonstop and I literally had to make them take a minute to take breaks. they were considerate with my stuff and wrapped everything really nicely. They handled any issue that would pop up and just kept working. They were really, really good!
Move took a little longer than expected, but that was my fault, mostly because I wasn't 100% ready and I thought I had less stuff than I did. I probably should have hired one more person, but Dimitri and Evgeiny made it happen!”
“I went through a truly horrific experience with a different storage facility place. I had a unit reserved and then when I physically arrived to The location they told me it was already rented out. I was really in a bind and visited 3 to 4 additional places with an SUV full of belongings.
These guys at this specific extra space storage location really took care of me gave me a pretty decent deal for the area and were really professional. They definitely helped change the course of my day and provided excellent customer service.
It did cost a little bit more than other storage companies, but the service and quality of the location makes it worth it”

“I was welcomed into the office with ac and a greeting from the store manager Marcela ready to help me rent my first unit. I was confused with pricing and agreement but Marcela explained everything to me and made me feel at ease . Marcela walked me through the building to check out a few units to find a unit that best fit my needs I needed a small one and that’s exactly what I got. This place seems well managed. I love the other worker as well she was very nice and offered me water while I was being taken care of 5 stars is minimum for what they did for me today ! 10/10 stars”

I have spoken to other employees and they are nice too, but I have a repor with Erick that's been for years. He always helps me out, is always kind, polite , and accommodating.It's a bit pricey I'm going to be honest, the bigger units anyway. However, I haven't shopped around so maybe they are competitive. I recommend the ONE I have unit(s) at anyway.”

“I had had a very bad experience at the PS on Arlington and Pico. I cancelled my contract on the day of move in and found this location instead.

“This review is based mostly on the front desk gentleman. He was extremely helpful and professional when we came to find a unit on very short notice. He showed us several spaces and explained everything well, no rushing. I have never rented a storage unit so I had a lot of questions. He was kind a patient, even though we had our toddler with us fussing. The buildings are clean and secure and there is plenty of parking. The elevators are big too. The hours are good, you can go until 10pm, many others close at 6pm. Had to take off a star for the yelp promo being a bit shady. "half off 1st month rent" should apply across the board, or if it is for "select units" then those should be posted and updated. Otherwise, it was a good experience.”
