I wanted to review Ray's Auto Sales to express my gratitude with their services. It just so happened that a large rock hit my windshield. I called the shop and was greeted with professionalism and was reassured that they would be able to help me asap. I was scheduled within the next day, and my wait time was shockingly short! I was also very impressed with their competitive pricing for such amazing work! I definitely recommend this shop if you need quick service at reasonable pricing with professional technicians.

Don’t waste your time here. Appointments mean nothing to these guys. Wasted gas and an hour drive just to be told someone bought the car already.

Don't go buy a car from rays auto sale he told me one price and when the finance company called me the said he increase the price of the car by 5000This evil MAN is a scam pure highway robbery and his assistant Luke is also apart of his scam don't buy from rays auto sales in North hollywood on magnolia close down his business nowwwwww scam crooked man cheated and a huge liar!!!!!!

My Service Engine Soon light came on so I called Ray's which is just down the block from my home. Ray himself answered and even though it was his first day back from vacation, he told me to bring my Infiniti over. I expected I'd have to leave it overnight but no, I got it back the same day with a full diagnosis and a fix! I also learned a lot about sensors and how saving money on regular gas is actually hurting my MPG. But in a very kind way, not a lecture. I'm really thrilled with Ray's service. Lupe in the office and the guys in the shop were all great. Thanks, I'll be back!

This place sucks! Do not buy a car here! I did and I wish I could take it back. Had some issues with the car and they refused to fix it... Like it was my fault! Wow! Now they're going to read this review and wish they fixed it! You lost my business forever!

I bought a 2007 Mustang. It needed a switch for the driver's seat, which they replaced. After purchase, with 2 days of heavy rains, the passenger side had water, which is a common problem with that vintage Mustang. They repaired it and wouldn't accept any payment for it. I'll take all my repairs to Ray's!

My neighbor had a junk car sitting in his garage sitting for 12 years. Rays was listed as the lien holder. So as a long shot we called him on a Saturday. He asked that we call him Monday so that he can dig in the files Monday.I called Ray and he got us the title no problem. He was fast, friendly and kept his word. I was impressed that he kept a title from 12 years prior. That’s good admin!Thanks Ray!

Well after getting the first car back to the dealer because The car transmission broke down and the car wont turn on completely . Ray said oh everything is checked and all car parts should be new or 50% new, so we trusted the man on his words. The first car 'Smart Two' broke down on me within the first week of driving. After that, Ray refused to work on it and rather than that he choose to sell it back to auction. Im on my second car again, Toyota Yaris, with him because my down payment was still on hold for the first vehicle ( smart two) , waiting on the street for towing... we called Ray to see what he will say.. and like 95% of all reviews Ray was of course extremely top notch rude, hanging up the phone on us and telling us it s your Problem now deal with it. THIS IS NOT WHAT BUYING FROM A DEALERSHIP IS LIKE AT ALL. Never had problems with private party cars more than i had with this Dealership right here.

Not an honest business! Be aware of getting scammed. Check out other Yelp reviews.My old uncle who doesn't speak much English came to this business to do smog on his car. Smog didn't pass because there was a problem with the car. The owner gave him the wrong information to take advantage of an expensive repair that car didn't need. Luckily he went to another place to fix the car and it became clear he was lying.After arguing with him he took the car's key and in order to get it back, we had to call the police. Ray, the owner is not an honest man. Avoid this business.

Came here excited to test drive a VW Touareg they had listed. Told the owner I also had an appointment to drive two other cars today. He told me I was wasting his time and he didn't want me driving it. Definitely don't recommend these guys to anyone. No way to treat a potential client. 0/10 won't be coming back here!
