We tracked our stolen iPad to this store. Upon entering, the man who broke into our car was having friendly conversation with the owner, who had just wiped out iPad clean after breaking into it. Owner was shocked we were able to track the iPad which I found odd, but upon getting home and realizing he had broken into and wiped it clean, I realized his shock was because he knows what he had done and thought by jail breaking it, it wouldn’t have geo tracking anymore. We attempted to hold the thief at the store while I called 911 but the owner wouldn’t allow us to stay there so the thief took off.This store services people who steal knowingly. He might claim he didn’t know it was stolen but ummmmm when the person doesn’t have the password to an iPad and says he got it from a friend…don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to figure it out. Owner didn’t want cops called because he is doing something illegal too obviously. We felt that he knew this thief and they had a history just by the way they were happily conversing over our stolen property.Don’t support this shady business.

it's Xmas eve, he told me he would be open till 11 AM. I got here 12 minutes after 10 PM and he was closed. I told him I was on my way. I called him when I was in the parking lot called five times no answer. I literally got here. 12 minutes after speaking to him. sign says open but everything is completely closed. I don't think he was even open at all today. it looks closed from last night. I needed some gifts for tonight that are housed in this place so I'm won't be able to give my gifts tonight. This is so bad for Christmas today.

When I went the signs said open. No one answered. I called in the phone. He rushed me off and said he went home. Very rude. I asked when they close and he hung up on me. When I called back he sent me to voicemail multiple times in a row. Amazon sent my package here and I had no control over that because it couldn’t be delivered.

PRIVACY ISSUES! Do not trust this place with your personal devices! They will reset your Apple ID without asking for your permission, disable the "Find My" feature without asking for your permission, and have access to your personal and sensitive information. They are shady, they keep you in the dark, and don't provide updates or ETA on what's happening with your devices. Extremely impatient and hang up the phone on you.

DO NOT . I repeat DO NOT go there. I am an avid yelper this time around I did not do that and this was a lesson!! I paid $75 and dropped off my Airmax pro on June 25, 2022, now six months ago. I only needed the computer cleaned which he said would have taken a few days. No it's been five months. I have shown up asking for my laptop he says that it's not at the current location and he will give me a call back as soon as it arrives as it's getting fixed, I have called him and he completely ignores me or he says I will call you right back, I have never in my life experienced worst service ever in my life. I am in the process of going through a police dispute at this point to get my item back. Please whatever you do stay away. I should have read the comments

This business is wildly unprofessional, and should be shut down.His business hours are inconsistent across yelp, google, and the UPS site.He has two business hour signs displayed at the front of his business. Both are completely blank.He also has two flashing neon signs that say open when he is clearly not open.When I called the telephone number on the door, he acted like I was calling his home phone number and was confused as to why I was even calling him and didn't answer with a business name. Then when I asked if he was the business all of a sudden he knew what I was talking about and said that he would show up in about 15 minutes. I've been waiting for 45 minutes for him to show up along with another customer that had reportedly called him the night before, and he said that he would be there at the time that I had originally arrived so clearly, he lied to her and me.we both made multiple calls to him after about 20 minutes of waiting is when I started calling him again and he ignored my second and third call and all of the calls from the other customer that showed up.The other customer left after about 40 minutes of waiting, and I started to write an email to my boss about how I couldn't get to my package and then he finally pulled up and parked right next to me.When he finally showed up in a UPS hat funny enough, he couldn't even be bothered to say hello when I stood at the door of his establishment while he was busy setting things up.Eventually, after I walked more into the store, he asked me what I needed and I said a package that I called you about and then he didn't even bother to check my ID for the package, so not only is he wildly unprofessional, and a liar, he also may be giving your package to the wrong person.Then signed for the package himself, and didn't even offer for me to sign for it.At the very least has access points should be revoked for not checking my ID or having me sign for the package.There was no thank you for waiting. There was no sorry for the delay. There was no sorry for not answering your phone calls. There was no sorry for lying to you about the time that it would take me to show up to my place of business that I claim should be open during business hours. When I said I've been waiting for a while, he just sat there silently when I said there was another woman waiting for her package again silence.If you can't run your business properly, then at least tell people that they have to wait on you don't lie and don't take on business like being an access point if you can't handle it. Based on other reviews, this is clearly a pattern of behavior for this man and I believe his access point should be revoked.It also seems like maybe he's paying people or begging people to give him five star reviews because he has a lot of them recently and I don't believe a single word.

Great place to have my computer repaired, phone screen replaced and items notarized. Ted, the owner, is a very funny yet knowledgeable guy. He worked within my budget, and was straightforward with me. They offer mail box rentals, make keys and is also a UPS access point. The location is in the bank of America shopping center at Magnolia and Laurel canyon blvd and is very convenient for me. I will definitely go back.

It's the noodle monster one of my favorite places to eat variety for vegan and vegetarian and meat lovers. Happy to take your order over the phone so you can pick it up remember wear a mask and be nice to the people. Didn't take any photos from the last time I went there I ate all the pictures. ?

This place is sh... hole….. never, nevergo there!The guy who runs this place offers allkinds of services... ups, FedEx,computer repair, key making, etc.And from my experience, he doeseverything so wrong. First, I broughttwo MAC books to repair, and he saidI had to wait for two weeks. I returnedin two weeks, and he told me thecomputers were not ready. Sixmonths passed, and he keptpostponing the repair. In themeantime, I purchased a monitor formy son's computer, which brokedown in six months, and he didn'twant to fix it. And I opened a PO box.I decided to close the next day, buthe didn't refund any money.Long story short:He lost two of my computers, and Iam still trying to get somecompetition for thatHe didn't want to repair the monitorthat I purchased from him.He didn't refund the moneySo if any of you thinks of going there,think again!!!

Never go work with this guy he shows like he's very honest but he's really not he was supposed to fix my on and off button on my notebook was promising me that he's going to find the piece that is missing he asked me for more money later on then what he quoted me in the beginning and then right after that he told me that I can come pick it up the computer but he doesn't have the piece when you gave me the notebook the camera was not working it's appeared that he disconnected a wire over there then I came back to him several times asking for the other piece that I paid already and he was not willing to give it to me finally after a long time that I'm going back and forward with him he opened and repaired it right after that he disconnected something else for my camera and face recognition when I came to tell him that my first recognition doesn't work you told me okay let me fix it for you he opened it fixed it but since then my internet doesn't work probably another wire that he disconnected before I left he told me if there is anything else it's going to be extra charge I didn't catch it back then it was only last Friday that's the way this guy work be very careful try not to work with him dishonest changing prices and also treat you not nicely
